Abstract

Proses administrasi yang selama ini dilakukan pada pos perbatasan di Wini (sebelum dibangun PLBN terpadu) adalah dengan cara menulis data paspor atau Pas Lintas Batas (PLB) pada sebuah kartu kemudian direkapitulasi. Administrasi yang kurang baik tersebut berakibat pada tidak rapinya penyimpanan data dan kesulitan pencarian data serta penyajian laporan. Pada penelitian ini akan diterapkan model waterfall dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi untuk diterapkan pada otoritas imigrasi dalam mendata dan mengontrol pelintas batas wilayah guna mendukung kebijakan dan strategi nasional pemerintah dalam pengelolaan kawasan perbatasan antarnegara. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan bermanfaat untuk modernisasi dan perbaikan administrasi otoritas imigrasi pada PLBN terpadu di Wini.

Abstract

The administrative process that had previously applied to the cross border Post or ‘Pos Lintas Batas Negara (PLBN)’ is integrated with the way of manuscript the passport data information or ‘Pas Lintas Batas (PLB)’-special card for habitants whereas living a long site of the both coutries border (Indonesia and Timor-Leste), information on a card and then do a recapitulation. This manuscript administration gave unfavourable result such as not have proper archiving in the filing cabinet and difficulty of the search data for the report purpose. To solve these problems, then it has been developed and implemented an application which called ‘Sistem Informasi Pelintas Batas Wilayah Negara (SINTASWIN).’ This Sintaswin application is applied to the immigration authorities in order to record and control the border crosser (traveler). This system will support the national policies and strategies of the Government in managing boarder region. However, the implementation of any application system has it constraints; therefore it needs to be evaluated such as to evaluate end user satisfaction. This study aims to evaluate the satisfaction of users by applying End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) methods in order to produce recommendations for the improvement and system development in the future.

Abstract

Kain tenun Lotis merupakan warisan budaya khas dari Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan, Nusa Tenggara Timur, yang berasal dari tiga suku besar, yaitu Amanuban, Amanatun, dan Mollo. Kain ini memiliki motif geometris yang unik dan menggunakan bahan pewarna alami dalam proses pembuatannya. Selain nilai estetika, kain tenun Lotis memiliki makna sosial dan budaya penting, seperti digunakan dalam busana adat dan simbol status sosial masyarakat setempat. Namun, pelestarian kain tenun Lotis menghadapi tantangan di era modern, terutama dalam klasifikasi dan dokumentasi digital karena kompleksitas visualnya. Variasi motif, corak, serta warna yang khas menyulitkan proses klasifikasi otomatis menggunakan metode konvensional. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penelitian ini menerapkan metode Convolutional Neural Network, sebuah pendekatan deep learning yang efektif dalam pengolahan citra dan klasifikasi objek dengan visual kompleks. CNN mampu melakukan ekstraksi fitur secara otomatis dan mengenali pola serta karakteristik visual dengan akurasi tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi identifikasi warna kain tenun Lotis. Hasilnya diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sistem klasifikasi berbasis CNN yang mampu mengidentifikasi kain tenun Lotis secara otomatis, serta mendukung pelestarian budaya melalui digitalisasi, dokumentasi yang lebih baik, dan meningkatkan apresiasi di kalangan generasi muda.

Abstract

In today's digital era, E-commerce is growing rapidly and provides convenience for customers in online shopping, including in the purchase of computer equipment. However, the large number of product choices often makes it difficult for customers to determine the best choice according to their needs and preferences. Therefore, this research aims to implement the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method in the E-commerce system at DMC Computer store to help customers make the best product choices based on various criteria, such as price, specifications, brand, and customer reviews. The PSI method is used because of its ability to rank alternatives based on user preferences objectively. The results of this study show that the developed system can increase efficiency in the product selection process and provide more accurate recommendations for customers. Thus, the implementation of the PSI method in E-commerce can be an effective solution in improving customer shopping experience as well as store competitiveness in the E-commerce industry. Hopefully, this research can be a reference for the development of E-commerce systems that are more intelligent and responsive to customer needs. In addition, it is hoped that the implementation of the PSI method can continue to be developed and applied more widely in various industrial sectors to improve efficiency in the decision-making process and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Based on the latest data from the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Belu Regency, the area of ??Belu Regency is 1,285 Km2, with a population of 229,561 people. From this data, Lasiolat District is one of the Districts in Belu District where there are still 299 uninhabitable houses and 1,360 housing units out of 1,659 families, with a total population of 7,171 people, an area of ??13,200 Km2. Therefore, the local government through the Department of Housing and Settlements provides housing assistance to deal with problems arising from the inability of low income people. However, Lasiolat District officials still have difficulty in selecting people who are entitled to get help. Because in the selection process it is still difficult to record the large number of people manually, it takes a long time because the local government through the Housing and Settlement Office only provides as many as 100 housing units. The limited housing assistance provided, the selection process for beneficiaries who are eligible for assistance, the Department checks the data of beneficiaries through the District officials to determine citizenship, income, land ownership, type of house, building and marital status. Errors in selecting beneficiaries can result in assistance being given to recipients who do not deserve assistance. Therefore we need a system that can be used to make selections with the main objective of overcoming the problems encountered in the selection process that is currently underway. In this research, an information system for selecting housing beneficiaries will be built using the Fuzzy AHP method. The system is built based on the website. The final result expected from this research is to be able to assist the Sub-district officials in selecting housing recipients correctly and appropriately.
