Abstract

Economic growth is a process of increasing total and maximum income, per capita income of the population by taking into account the increase in population as well as fundamental changes in the economic structure of a country and equal distribution of income for the population over a long period of time. The role of the agricultural sector in development in Bengkulu Province occupies a very important position. The agricultural sector is a source of supplies of food and raw materials needed by the people of Bengkulu Province. This research uses data analysis with descriptive quantitative analysis techniques. Descriptive, namely describing and interpreting the research object. Research result The Food Crop Agriculture sub-sector has a positive influence on economic growth in Bengkulu Province. The Forestry sub-sector has a positive influence on economic growth in Bengkulu Province. The Plantation sub-sector has a positive influence on economic growth in Bengkulu Province. The Livestock sub-sector has a positive influence on economic growth in Bengkulu Province The Fisheries sub-sector has a positive influence on economic growth in Bengkulu Province. Simultaneous Hypothesis Testing There is a significant influence of the food crop agriculture sub-sector variables, forestry sub-sector, plantation sub-sector, livestock sub-sector and fisheries sub-sector on economic growth in Bengkulu Province

Abstract

Agriculture has an important role for the economy in Indonesia. One of the agricultural sub-sectors is plantations, the role of agriculture is proven by its effect on GRDP. GRDP is a determinant of measuring regional economic development. This research aims to find out how and how much influence the land area and amount of palm oil production have on the GRDP of the Plantation Sub-Sector in Bengkulu Province. This research uses secondary data obtained from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency, totaling 11 samples. The results of the multiple linear regression test show that there is a positive and significant relationship between land area and total palm oil production on GRDP in the Plantation Sub-Sector in Bengkulu Province, both partially and simultaneously.The contribution of land area and total production to GRDP in the agricultural sub-sector was 45.5% in Bengkulu Province during 2011-2021.

Abstract

Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) dan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) merupaka program yang dikeluarkan pemerintah sebagai upaya untuk menopang perekonomian masyarakat miskin dan sebagai pemutus rantai kemiskinan. Bantuan ini dilakukan secara non tunai yang dapat diakses dengan kartu elektronik, dan penyalurannya melalui e-Warong yang telah bekerjasama dengan HIMBARA. Penelitian ini bertujun untuk mengetahui pengaruh Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) terhadap penanggulangan kemiskinan di Kecamatan Sungai Serut, untuk mengetahui Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) terhadap penanggulangan kemiskinan di Kecamatan Sungai Serut dan juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh BPNT dan PKH secara bersama – sama terhadap penanggulangan kemiskinan di Kecamatan Sungai Serut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (X1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penanggulangan kemiskinan di Kecamatan Sungai Serut, Program Keluarga Harapan (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penanggulangan kemiskinan di Kecamatan Sungai Serut. Pengaruh Bantuan Sosial Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (X1) dan Program Keluarga Harapan (X2) secara bersama- sama berpengaruh terhadap penanggulangan kemiskinan (Y) di Kecamatan Sungai Serut.

Abstract

Padi merupakan salah satu tanaman pangan penting di Indonesia, termasuk di Kota Bengkulu, sehingga tanaman ini banyak diproduksi oleh petani. Produksi padi di Kota Bengkulu bersifat fluktuatif bahkan cenderung menurun dan tidak sejalan dengan luas panen padinya. Selain faktor biologis, faktor sosial ekonomi  turut berperan dalam produksi tanaman padi yang dihasilkan oleh petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh curah hujan, suhu rata rata , dan luas panen terhadap produksi padi  di Kota Bengkulu tahun  2017-2023. Jenis penelitian bersifat deskriftif kuantitatif, sampel data penelitian di tetapkan secara sengaja (purposive) selama 7 tahun. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa data time series yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Bengkulu. Analisis data menggunakan analisis linier berganda  model logaritma natural dengan bantuan software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences(SPSS) versi 22. Hasil analisis  secara parsial pada taraf kepercayaan 95 persen dan α = 0,5 membuktikan bahwa: (1) Curah hujan berpengaruh negatif  terhadap produksi  padi di kota Bengkulu, besar pengaruh senilai minus 1,938 satuan, (2) Suhu rata-rata berpengaruh negatif terhadap produksi padi di kota Bengkulu, besar pengaruh senilai minus 3,690 satuan, (3) Luas panen berpengaruh positif  terhadap produksi padi di Kota Bengkulu, besar pengaruh senilai positif 1,355 satuan. Selanjutnya, dari hasil analisis secara simultan melalui uji F dan uji signifikasi terbukti bahwa  curah hujan, suhu rata-rata dan luas panen secara bersama-sama berpengaruh tehadap produksi padi di Kota Bengkulu.
