Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghasil bahan baku pembuatan film tipis ZnO yang didoping Antimon (III) Klorida (SbCl3) sebagai bahan terbaik untuk didoping dengan ZnO. Film tipis ZnO doping SbCl3 telah berhasil disintesis dengan metode sol-gel spin coating dan proses pencampuran dengan teknik refluks. Bahan yang digunakan  zinc acetat dehydrate {Zn(CH3COO)2 2H2O}, Antimoni (III) Klorida sebagai pendoping dilarutkan oleh pelarut isopropanol dengan variasi konsentrasi doping yaitu 4%; 5% dan 6% lalu distabilkan dengan diethanolamine (DEA). Pembuatan film tipis ZnO:SbCl3 ini dilakukan diatas substrat kaca dengan metode spin coating. Hasil karakterisasi film tipis ZnO:SbCl3­ dengan XRD menunjukkan ukuran kristal masing-masing adalah 26 nm, 26 nm, 24 nm. Dan hasil karakterisasi SEM menunjukkan permukaan morfologi film tipis ZnO:SbCl3 adanya retakan pada saat pelapisan dan bulatan hitam pada konsentrasi 5%. Hasil karakterisasi UV-VIS memperlihatkan nilai transmitansi dengan semua doping pada cahaya yang diteruskan pada lapisan ZnO doping SbCl3 lebih banyak daripada diserap pada rentang 350-800 nm. Dan nilai absorbansi menurun tajam pada rentang 350-800 nm. Nilai celah pita energi meningkat pada konsentrasi 5% dan menurun pada konsentrasi 6% dengan nilai Eg yaitu 3,03 eV.

Abstract

In today's digital era, data has become a valuable asset for many companies, including those in the retail and sales sectors. Using the right method to interpret and understand this data is the key to improving business strategy and making the right decisions. In this context, data visualization plays a crucial role as a tool for presenting complex information in an intuitive and easy-to-understand way. This study aims to utilize the RapidMiner application in visualizing data for evaluating sales patterns. Using a sales dataset from a retail company, we perform a series of analytical processes using RapidMiner. Various visualization techniques, such as bar graphs, line charts, heat maps and more, applied to extract insights from sales data and identify certain patterns. The visualization results show several interesting findings, such as the season or period with the highest sales, the best-selling products, and the relationship between sales variables. Through this visualization, we are able to provide strategic recommendations to companies to increase revenue and optimize marketing strategies. The conclusion of this study is that RapidMiner, with its capabilities in data visualization, is an effective tool to help companies understand sales patterns and make data-driven decisions. as well as the relationship between sales variables. Abstract

The purposes of this research are to find the hate speech found in Islamic preacher Gus Miftah’s Instagram account during the iced tea seller controversy. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach. The data was collected manually from Instagram comments related to a viral incident involving Gus Miftah, ensuring the selection of comments that exhibited clear hostility or aggression. Using the theory for classifying hate speech developed by (Mondal et al., 2017) and the impoliteness strategies developed by (Culpeper’s, 2015), this study distinguishes six categories of hate speech: religion (41.9%), behavior (27.5%), physical (25.06%), class (4.35%), disability (1.08%), and gender (0.2%). Furthermore, bald-on-record impoliteness was the most often used strategy (45.14%), indicating users’ direct animosity. The study offers a detailed understanding of the rhetorical and ideological foundations of hate speech and contributes new insights to hate speech studies by placing the analysis within the cultural and religious context of Indonesia.
