Abstract

Gagal Ginjal Kronik adalah penyakit ginjal yang semakin parah yang tidak dapat pulih kembali. Ini menyebabkan tubuh tidak dapat mengendalikan metabolisme dan menjaga keseimbangan cairan dan elektrolit, yang menyebabkan peningkatan ureum Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh relaksasi otot progresif terhapad fatigue pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisa di RSD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro semarang. Metode ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling digunakan dalam pemilihan sampel data dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 53 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pra-eksperimental, khususnya desain One Group pre-posttest. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa relaksasi otot progresif efektif untuk menurunkan skala fatigue pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisa. Terdapat pengaruh relaksasi otot progresif terhadap fatigue pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik di Ruang Hemodialisa RSD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Semarang.

Abstract

Background: Dating behavior among adolescents today leads to risky dating behavior that has an impact on premarital sexual behavior. Teenagers are curious about new things and can be influenced by their partners, environment, and peers. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the relationship between the role of peers and dating behavior in adolescents. Methods: This research design is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The population at State Senior High School "X" Jember was 121 students, with a sample size of 93 students. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The independent variable is the role of peers, and the dependent variable is dating behavior. These two variables were measured using a questionnaire on the role of peers and dating behavior. Univariate analysis was performed with frequency distribution. Bivariate analysis using Fisher's Exact test. Results: The results showed that almost all peer roles were in the positive category, with a percentage of 84.9%. Most respondents showed non-risky dating behavior, 72.0%. Fisher's Exact test results show that the p-value (0.000) is smaller than α (0.05). This means the alternative hypothesis is accepted and indicates a relationship between peer roles and adolescent dating behavior. Conclusions: Positive peer roles tend to lead to non-risky dating behavior. Therefore, adolescents should be more careful in choosing peers to avoid engaging in risky dating behavior.

Abstract

Bullying adalah saat seseorang atau beberapa orang menggunakan kekuasaan mereka untuk menyakiti orang lain, baik dengan kata-kata, tindakan fisik, atau secara emosional. Oleh karena itu sikap anti bullying penting untuk di tanamkan pada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan memberikan pengetahuan yang tepat mengenai perilaku bullying kepada para siswa. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam, diharapkan para siswa dapat berperan sebagai penggerak postif untuk mengatasi masalah bullying di lingkungan sekolah. Data dikumpulkan melalui pretest dan posttest terhadap 30 siswa di SMP Unismuh Makassar dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dikarenakan data tidak terdistribusi normal. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa program psikoedukasi memiliki efek positif terhadap peningkatan gerakan anti bullying pada siswa, didukung oleh nilai Asymps. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000. Penelitian ini juga diperkuat oleh penelitian sebelumnya yang menunjukkan bahwa gerakan anti-bullying memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap perilaku bullying. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan dan upaya membangun gerakan anti-bullying dapat memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan bagi siswa di SMP Unismuh Makassar.
