Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the analysis of the role of human resources in operational management on PP.Nurul Jadid cooperatives. The method that the researcher uses is descriptive qualitative method which uses interviews and observation methods. The results of the research obtained by the researcher indicate that the role of operational management on human resources has basically been done well or has been maximized, but in the supervision and planning of the role of human resources in evaluating it still has to be considered because there is no feedback between employees and employees. leader at work, and the planning is still less productive.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) adalah pemutusan hubungan kerja yang dilakukan oleh pekerja dan pemberi kerja disebabkan karena suatu hal tertentu dan mengakibatkan berakhirnya kontrak kerja atau hak dan kewajiban pekerja tersebut. Tempat penelitian yang dibahas yakni Al-Hasyimiyah Boutique Store yang merupakan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah yang berada dibawah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid. Rumusan masalah adalah mengapa pekerja menyetujui Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tidak Tertentu (PKWTT) dan bagaimana implementasi hukum Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan. Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yakni Metode Kualitatif Deskriptif. Dengan melakukan cara wawancara dan observasi secara langsung kepada pegawai Al-Hasyimiyah Boutique Store. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni Bahwasannya para anggota Al-Hasyimiyah Boutique Store memahami tentang pentingnya perjanjian tertulis dalam hubungan kerja. Namun dari hasil penelitian bahwa Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah  yang berada dilingkup pesantren ini tidak mematuhi tata cara dan prosedur pemutusan hubungan kerja yang terdapat dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 13 tahun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan yang tidak dipatuhi. Dari pihak karyawan tidak ada tuntutan hak atas PHK yang dilakukan oleh pihak Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003. Hal ini dikarenakan mereka telah mengetahui dan memahami bahwa mereka bekerja untuk pesantren dan hal tersebut merupakan bentuk kepatuhan terhadap pesantren.

Abstract

Shrimp farmers in Randutatah village chose vaname shrimp because these shrimp have a fairly high selling value, the management system is short and does not require a large amount of capital. This research aims to determine the process of cultivating vaname shrimp in Randutatah Village. And regarding the income of shrimp farmers in cultivating vaname shrimp in Randutatah Village. The type of research used is a qualitative method, the data in this research was obtained from primary data and secondary data, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the production process of vaname shrimp cultivation in Randutatah Village consists of: 1.) production planning that takes into account production factors such as land, labor and capital. 2.) the production process which includes the procurement and selection of seeds. 3.) The final production process is the process of harvesting the vaname shrimp culture. The income of shrimp farmers in Randutatah village fluctuates due to price, area and weather factors. The highest income from Mr. H. Abdullah is IDR 232,000,000 with 1,629 meters. Meanwhile, Mr. Hafif's lowest income was IDR 162,422,000 with 2,800 meters because he was a new shrimp farmer and had only reached the fifth cycle. And lack of experience and knowledge.
