Abstract

Abstract Ancient manuscripts are parts of history that are written on different kinds of paper. One of the efforts to preserve the integrity of history is the preservation of ancient manuscripts. The purpose of this community dedication is to provide understanding to the community (students) regarding the importance of preserving history and the impact of loss of history. The method of implementation of this service in the community is training. This community dedication resulted in excellent responses from students, faculty, and related agencies. The answers are seen in the spirit and the questions that arise during the discussion. The conclusion of this public devotion deserves special understanding and attention as it has a positive impact on the preservation of ancient manuscripts in the Imperial Museum. It is expected to become a custom of the Bima people to preserve the history and culture of the region.  Keywords: PkM, Preservation, Manuscripts, Ancient, Bima

Abstract

Disharmonis dalam rumah tangga menyebabkan perpisaha atau perceraian dan salah satu pasangan hidup meninggal dunia. Secara otomatis bahwa seorang ibu yang akan menjadi ibu rumah tangga, dan bertanggung jawab memenuhi fungsi keluarga terutama berbagai fungsi kebutuhan dalam hal mempertahankan hidup. Kebutuhan-kebutuhanhidupyangakandipenuhiolehpenenunsongket,antaralain: kebutuhan ekonomi (fisiologis), kebutuhan akan rasa aman dan perlindungan (proteksi), kebutuhan akan rasa kasih sayang (afeksi), kebutuhan harga diri dan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri. Kebutuhan yang mendasar untuk mempertahankan hidup yakni kebutuhan ekonomi (fisiologis), pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi belum tentu masuk dalam standar hidup sejahtera, ini terealisasi terdapat 165 penenun di Kelurahan Rabdompu Barat Kecamatan Raba Kota Bima yang profesi penenun ini belum masuk dalam jenis pekerjaan (Pengrajin industri rumah tangga tidak ada pada Profil Kelurahan Rabadompu Barat Kecamatan Raba Kota Bima Provinsi NTB Tahun 2017-2018). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan Ketahanan Penenun Songket Bima dalam Memenuhi Kehidupan (Studi Single Parents dalam Keluarga Inti (conjugal family) di Kelurahan Rabadompu Barat Kecamatan Raba Kota Bima). Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian deskripsi. Sumber data yakni informan utama 22 orang dan informan pendukung 3 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data antara lain observasi non-partisipan, wawancara terstruktur dan mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber data, triangulasi teknik pengumpulan data dan triangulasiwaktu. Penenun wanita memiliki peran penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup, terlebih disaat penenun memiliki peran ganda seprti singel parents, permasalah ini sesuai dengan data tahun 2019 yakni jumlah penenun yang suaminya meninggal dunia 15 orang, bercerai 6 orang, pisah ranjang 1 orang, dan berstatus istri kedua 1 orang. Tanggungan dalam keluarga bukan saja pada keluarga kecil (nuclear family) tetapi pada keluarga besar (extended family). Selain penghasilan dari menenun, pendapatannya bersumber dari mempercepat proses produksi, buruh tanu, baby sister, asisten rumah tangga, pedagang kaki lima (PKL), penyanyi daerah (rawa mbojo), profesi mengane, kader posyandu dan kader KB, dan gaji khusus janda bagi suami yangPNS.

Abstract

This study aims to identify effective learning methods in improving environmental awareness in fifth-grade elementary school students through the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subjects. IPAS, as a subject that covers social, economic, and environmental aspects, has great potential to shape students' character and environmental insight. Given the importance of environmental awareness from an early age, elementary education is an important stage in building environmental values and attitudes. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and in-depth literature studies. The findings of the study indicate that incorporating environmental issues into IPAS teaching can improve students' cognitive abilities and improve their understanding of environmental conservation values. Some strategies that have proven effective include the use of innovative learning media, group discussion methods, and environmental-based projects. Students' critical thinking skills and understanding of sustainable concepts are strengthened in addition to their factual knowledge. This study suggests the use of learning models that are appropriate to students' needs and finds that it is important for teachers to be able to develop more creative curriculum materials and address environmental issues.

Abstract

An effective learning model that actively involves students in the learning process is essential. This development research aims to identify the factors responsible for the observed low problem-solving ability in geometry and to develop a model that effectively enhances these skills. The research process begins with the creation of flow diagrams using the ADDIE model, encompassing the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases. The study focuses on junior high school students. The research findings, which consider the unique cultural characteristics of the Bima people, suggest that the Discovery-Project-Evaluation (DPjE) learning model, incorporating STEM elements, can be an effective alternative or complement to traditional teaching methods. Six experts confirmed that the geometric problem-solving skills test instrument outperformed other learning tools. Data from limited trials indicate that using lesson plans and worksheets, along with positive feedback from educators and students, supports the effectiveness of the developed learning materials. This demonstrates the practical application of the DPjE model, with STEM elements based on Bima Local Cultural Character (BLCC), in teaching mathematics. The BLCC-based DPjE-STEM model assesses the learning process's efficiency using data from initial and final tests.
