Abstract

Vegetables are food ingredients that are needed by humans, but there are other things that must be known that most vegetables consumed today cannot be separated from the influence of chemical substances. Vegetables cultivated under the influence of chemicals will mostly contain chemical residues which can be bad for humans who consume them continuously. Therefore, it is necessary to have an agricultural system that is more environmentally friendly or commonly referred to as organic farming to deal with this problem. The purpose of this study is to describe the process flow of organic vegetable production at CV. Reja Mayur. This research is expected to provide information to the public regarding the flow of organic vegetable production and can become a database for further research. The research method used is the method of active participation and interviews, where the results will be analyzed using descriptive methods. The results of this study are on CV. Reja Mayur has 7 stages of organic vegetable production which consist of tillage, seeding, transfer of seeds, nutrition, maintenance, pest control, and harvest and post-harvest.

Abstract

CV. Reja Mayur in his cultivation process already has a standard or Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), but the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) has not been documented in writing. This results in workers often making mistakes, especially in the land preparation stage. Where these errors will result in agricultural production results that are not optimal. The purpose of this community service activity is to produce a written document explaining the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for processing organic vegetable soil at CV. Reja Mayur. This service is carried out by interviews and observations at the business location. The results of this service are Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for land management and providing assistance in the application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) which are expected to make worker performance more consistent and minimize errors so that agricultural production results can be maximized.

Abstract

UMKM yang merupakan bagian penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia dikarenakan dapat menyerap tenaga kerja dalam jumlah banyak dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat yang dapat berdampak pada menurunnya angka pengangguran dan kemiskinan. Salah satu UMKM di Indonesia yaitu Kaamelo yang merupakan UMKM rintisan dengan skala usaha yang masih kecil yang terletak di Toraja Utara, Sulawesi Selatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukam solusi yang tepat dalam menyelesaikan masalah pada UMKM Kaamelo menggunakan metode berbentuk Lean Canvas. Adapun Solusi dari permasalahan akibat keterbatasan modal UMKM Kaamelo yang dapat diatasi dengan mengembangkan wisata edukasi melalui peningkatan sumber daya manusia.
