Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of preceptorship on compliance in implementing SOP for infusion installation and documentation in carrying out infusion installation actions. The method used is a quasi-experiment with a one-group pretest–post-test design. The results showed compliance in infusion installation by the SOP before and after preceptorship increased from 67.6% to 88.2%. At the same time, compliance in documentation in carrying out actions before and after preceptorship rose from 52.9% to 85.3%. In conclusion, preceptorship affects compliance in implementing SOP for infusion installation and documentation in carrying out infusion installation actions in the Inpatient Room of Bertha Medika Hospital, Sukabumi Regency. Abstract

Improved result in learning student learning student learning using IPS CTL approach in primari This reserch was derived from the learning experience in social class which was not run as it was expected. In addition, the studens got low learning achievement. To deal with this problem, CTL approach was applied. The purpose of this resertch was to increase the studen’ learning achievement in Social Science. This was a Classroom Action Research. The source of the data was the learning process and the students’ learning achievement. The subject of the reserch was the teacher and the studens. The result of the reserch showed thowed that the students’ learning achievement increased from 70.45 in cycle I to 82.82 in cycle II Keywords : student learning outcomes, CTL approach

Abstract

Kemampuan mengembangkan bahan ajar secara mandiri adalah salah satu aspek dari kompetensi pedagogik yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bahan ajar berbasis TPACK terintegrasi kearifan lokal terhadap Social Culture Awareness (SCA) siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan tinjauan pustaka sistematis atau SLR (Systematic Literature Review). Metode SLR bertujuan mengidentifikasi, meninjau, mengevaluasi dan menafsirkan semua penelitian yang tersedia tentang topik yang ingin dibahas dan relevan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dan angket terbuka (Quesioner) yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kurikulum, 46,9% sekolah sudah menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka. Analisis kebutuhan peserta didik responden mengharapkan guru dapat merancang pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan teknologi dan budaya lokal secara kreatif dan menarik sebanyak 75,6%. Sedangkan analisis materi pembelajaran didapatkan bahwa materi Ekosistem lebih sulit dipahami siswa dibandingkan materi lainnya pada pembelajaran biologi kelas X semester genap, dengan persentase 66,2% memilih ekosistem dan 33,8% memilih pokok bahasan lainnya. Simpulan penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan bahan ajar berupa e-modul atau e-LTPD berbasis TPACK terintegrasi kearifan lokal karena banyak guru belum pernah menggunakan bahan ajar tersebut sebesar 77,9%.
