Abstract

Kecenderungan kecanduan media sosial memberikan dampak negatif. Dampak negatif yang diakibatkan oleh kecenderungan kecanduan media sosial adalah mengganggu pendidikan, pekerjaan, interaksi sosial, jam tidur dan hubungan keluarga seseorang. Remaja yang mengalami kecenderungan kecanduan media sosial mulai kehilangan waktu yang penting di tempat kerja, waktu bersama keluarga menjadi berkurang, menarik diri dari rutinitas sehari-hari, mengurangi interaksi sosial dengan teman dan rekan kerja, dan mengakibatkan hidup mereka menjadi tidak terkendali karena kecenderungan kecanduan media sosial sehingga pentingnya kontrol diri dalam penggunaan media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kontrol diri dalam kecenderungan kecanduan media sosial pada siswa MAN 1 Kendari. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang didapatkan sebanyak 64 siswa dari 334 siswa kelas XI MAN 1 Kendari. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kontrol diri dan skala kecenderungan kecanduan media sosial. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode ex-post facto. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kontrol diri berperan signifikan dalam kecenderungan kecanduan media sosial pada siswa di MAN 1 Kendari dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 14,1 persen dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the utilization of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) for the development of pedagogical competencies among teachers at UPT SD Negeri 14 Turatea Jeneponto. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with seven respondents, including the school principal and teachers from grades 1 to 6 at UPT SDN 14 Turatea, Kabupaten Jeneponto. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), PMM is effective in enhancing teachers' pedagogical competencies. Perceived ease of use indicates that teachers find PMM comfortable to use due to its simple interface, ease of access, adequate technical support, good socialization, and flexible access. Perceived usefulness shows that PMM is not just an administrative tool but also an essential resource with activities like self-training, videos, teaching tools, learning communities, collaboration, and publication of works that support the development of teachers' pedagogical competencies in creating a safe learning environment, effective teaching, and improved assessment and feedback. Attitude towards using reveals that teachers have a positive attitude towards PMM because the activities offered are considered beneficial and of high quality. Behavioral intention to use highlights that the benefits of PMM and its economical cost encourage continuous use. Furthermore, actual system use shows that high accessibility and significant usage duration reflect the dedication of teachers in utilizing PMM to enhance their pedagogical competencies. Abstract

The transition from fossil fuels to Renewable Energy (RE) represents a key strategy for promoting sustainable and low-carbon economic growth in Indonesia. This study examines the causal relationship between renewable energy development and economic growth through four main channels: the substitution effect from fossil fuels, the creation of green jobs, contributions to the energy sector’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and the impact on local economic growth in high-potential regions such as Nusa Tenggara, Sulawesi, and Kalimantan. The research employs a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing secondary data from national and international sources (Bappenas, ESDM, IEA, IRENA, ILO, World Bank).The findings indicate that increasing renewable energy capacity contributes to fiscal efficiency by reducing subsidies and fuel imports, while generating large-scale green employment opportunities that support local economic transformation. Moreover, renewable energy development produces a significant multiplier effect on regional economies, particularly in eastern Indonesia where energy potential is high but infrastructure remains limited. Overall, renewable energy plays a strategic role as a new engine of inclusive, competitive, and sustainable economic growth—provided that policy integration, green industrial development, technology transfer, and local workforce capacity strengthening are effectively implemented.
