Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun model stance detection terhadap Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja yang memiliki performa lebih baik daripada model sebelumnya. Performa model stance detection ini penting untuk ditingkatkan agar dapat dilakukan penyerapan aspirasi masyarakat yang lebih baik terhadap Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja yang  terus menjadi kontroversi besar di Indonesia mulai dari tahun 2019 sampai di tahun 2023 ini. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode Hyperparamater Tuning yang diimplementasikan menggunakan kerangka kerja CRISP-DM. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah sebuah model stance detection menggunakan algoritma Support Vector Machine  yang memiliki nilai micro f1-score sebesar 78,4%. Hyperparameter model tersebut adalah  C bernilai 10, parameter max_features dari proses ekstraksi fitur menggunakan metode TF-IDF sebesar 10000, dan menggunakan fitur unigram. Disimpulkan bahwa model tersebut memiliki performa lebih baik dengan nilai micro f1-score yang lebih besar 6,6% daripada model stance detection pada penelitian sebelumnya.

Abstract

All parents expect to have healthy, proud, and perfect children, however, sometimes things don't go the way they want. Some parents get the child they want and some don't. Some of them have children with special needs, such as autism. In Indonesia, each year, children with autism continue to increase. In 2015, it is estimated that there are approximately 12,800 children with autism and 134,000 children with the Autism spectrum in Indonesia. In addition to the lack of information and knowledge, preconceived notions also make parents reluctant to hand over their children for treatment. This research is motivated by the lack of solutions offered to existing problems by utilizing the development of information technology. The rapid development of technology in Indonesia has contributed a lot to the problems experienced by society with the birth of various kinds of smart systems. The development of a smart system based on an expert system can be a solution to the diagnosis of autism that appears in toddlers. The expert system that is offered is a system that can diagnose autism in toddlers in the Langkat district by implementing a method that can make decisions by providing the best solution. A good method is a method that has a high level of accuracy. The method used in this study is the Naive Bayes method where this method has been proven to be able to solve complex problems by predicting existing probabilities.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has brought many changes in the field of education, one of which is the use of web-based information systems to support the process of completing student's final projects. The final project is an essential component in higher education programs, but often faces various challenges, such as coordination between students and supervisors, document management, and scheduling of activities. To address these issues, this research aims to develop a web-based final project information system that can help students and supervisors manage and monitor the final project completion process effectively. This research uses the Waterfall system development method, which consists of the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. In the requirement analysis stage, the researchers identify and document the system requirements, including the main features, functionality flow, user interface, and constraints that must be met. Intensive and collaborative communication with users, namely supervisors and students, is crucial at this stage. By understanding the system requirements comprehensively, the researchers can design appropriate solutions that meet user expectations.

Abstract

Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) is a type of assistance managed by the Ministry of Social Affairs. The problem that often occurs when selecting recipients of non-cash food assistance previously was choosing families receiving non-cash food assistance without complying with the specified requirements or criteria. In the selection of families receiving non-cash food assistance, there is still a family attitude such as the village head and his staff who choose families receiving non-cash food assistance. This is certainly very bad, resulting in poor people not getting assistance and will also cause social jealousy among residents and not produce community welfare. A decision support system (DSS) is a system that is able to provide problem-solving capabilities and communication capabilities for problems with semi-structured and unstructured conditions. In the decision support system, the MABAC method can be applied which is able to produce the best decisions and several inputted alternatives. The results obtained from the process carried out were that A4 was the selected alternative with the highest value, namely 0.602

Abstract

Aplikasi Monitoring Bimbingan (MOBI) merupakan aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mempermudah mahasiswa/i dalam melakukan penginputan Riwayat Aktifitas Pembimbingan Skripsi atau Tugas Akhir di Linkungan STMIK Pelita Nusantara. Adapun pelatihan penggunaan Aplikasi MOBI bertujuan agar Akademik dan Program Studi dapat memonitoring sejauh mana progress kegiatan pembimbingan Skripsi dan Tugas Akhir seluruh mahasiswa dalam melakukan pembimbingan kepada dosen pembimbing. Mengingat pentingnya aktivitas bimbingan terhadap kelancaran skripsi dan tugas akhir, progress kegiatan pembimbingan, setiap minggunya akan di evaluasi oleh bagian akademik dan program studi guna meningkatkan lulusan yang tepat waktu atau Graduate on Time (GOT) di Linkungan STMIK Pelita Nusantara. Aplikasi ini dapat diakses oleh setiap mahasiswa dengan menggunakan media smartphone dan website. Setiap mahasiswa wajib mengisi aktifitas bimbingan setiap kali melakukan pembimbingan kepada dosen pembimbing di linkungan STMIK Pelita Nusantara.
