Abstract

This study aims to determine The difference between returns and risk on Islamic stocks and conventional stocks (a study on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) and LQ45 for the period 2020-2022). The study population is Islamic stocks listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index consisting of 30 issuers in each period and conventional shares listed in the LQ45 index which consists of 45 issuers in each period. Samples were taken as many as 7 shares listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index and 12 shares listed in the LQ45 index with a sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics by using a different test in drawing conclusions. Based on the normality test that has been done, the results show that the Jakarta Islamic Index and LQ45 return data is normality distributed and the Jakarta Islamic Index and LQ45 risk data are normally distributed. Based on the Independent Sample T Test obtained a significant value for the level of return > 0,05 which is equal to 0,931 and the level of risk < 0,05 which is equal to 0,014. So it can be concluded that, the return on Islamic stocks and conventional stocks are no difference. While the risk on Islamic stocks and conventional stocks are have difference.

Abstract

Efforts to increase economic growth in Indonesia, the discourse that is often discussed is the use of the creative economy concept. In connection with the government's efforts to realize creative economic development and create halal products, the position of the government in increasing MSMEs is urgently needed. The purpose of this community service is to provide training on the latest insights to all parties involved in developing micro-enterprises through the creative economy. The method of implementing the activity consists of several stages. In the preparatory stage the team conducted a location survey, strengthening and determining target locations, and preparing socialization materials. In addition, participants participated in assistance in making halal products. The implementation stage of the program is in the form of lectures or outreach, tutorial activities, discussions and MSME training assistance. The material presented in the socialization is in the form of an introduction to the production process of halal products and provides direction in making halal labels. The results and outputs of the activities after the socialization was carried out, namely first, introducing the production process for halal products to the public, in this case the socialization team provided an understanding of how important the distribution of industrial potential is through the creative economy. Second, provide assistance in the form of making halal labels where at this stage the socialization team provides an understanding that in Islam products cannot contain harmful ingredients because they will have a negative impact on consumers and society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the system for the results of the cattle business in Sisik Village and the distribution of the proceeds from the sale of livestock carried out by shahibul maal and mudharib according to the agreement. The method used is a qualitative method with primary and secondary data collection techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the profit sharing system for cattle farming in Sisik Village after being reviewed using an oral contract in its implementation, 100% capital is given to mudharib and the agreed profit sharing is 50%: 50% profit value is in accordance with the portion and responsibility answer. And the division of the calf system is by giving the first benefit to mudharib and the second to shahibul maal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of service quality, namely tagible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and assurance on customer satisfaction at Bank CIMB Niaga Mataram Branch. The sampling technique used purvosive sampling and obtained 50 customers. Data analysis techniques use the classic assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study using the t test show that partially the responsiveness and assurance variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. While the variables of tangibles, emphaty and reliability partially have no effect on customer satisfaction. The results of testing the hypothesis using the F test show that the variables of tangibles, emphaty, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance simultaneously affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Women have different needs from men, therefore women are a very potential market segmentation for various needs, one of which is cosmetics. Women are very concerned about their appearance, in contrast to men who are more likely to ignore appearance if they don't want to going out, but women pay attention to appearance both in a state of wanting to going out or in a state of not wanting to going out. Companies must be able to compete in the current era so that companies must innovate, promote, and evaluate so that companies can know the desires of the changing market. The purpose of this study was to find out whether product quality, price and halal labels affect consumer purchasing decisions on Wardah cosmetics. This research is a research with a quantitative approach with survey methods. The population in this study is consumers of Wardah cosmetics in the city of Mataram whose population number is not counted so that the population number is not known with certainty. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with respondents in this study are 100 people. The data collection technique in this study is by using a questionnaire with the help of google from then processed using SPSS 16.0. The analysis methods used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests through t tests and f tests, and determination coefficient tests (R2). The results showed that: (1) there was no partial influence of product quality variables on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the tcount < ttable (-1.383 < 1.988). (2) There is a partial influence of price variables on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the tcount > ttable (14,869 > 1,988). (3) There is no influence of halal label variables on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the tcount <ttable (-1.847 < 1,988). Abstract

Selong Belanak is a village located in the southern part of Central Lombok Regency and is in West Nusa Tenggara Province which has a lot of marine tourism potential. Seeing the existing potential, local governments and communities have made various tourism development efforts consisting of tourist attractions, promotion or marketing, tourist markets, transportation, as well as tourist facilities and services to increase the number of tourists. The research results show that the components of tourism development consist of tourist attractions, promotion or marketing, transportation tourism markets and tourist facilities and services. The development of Selong Belanak Beach tourism has an impact on the welfare of the people of Selong Belanak Village who are around the tourist attraction. The significant impact felt by the people of Selong Belanak is the opening of business opportunities, these business opportunities consist of culinary businesses, accommodation businesses, laundry businesses, surfing, shops, grocery stores, motorbike rental services and guide rental services
