Abstract

The purpose of this study is expected to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can later be used for further research in the scope of human resource management. The article on factors that influence the performance of generation Z employees: Analysis of corporate culture, leadership style and information technology is a scientific literature article in the scope of human resource management. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or conduct a review of relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as the Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Corporate Culture influences the Performance of Generation Z Employees; 2) Leadership Style influences the Performance of Generation Z Employees; and 3) Information Technology influences the Performance of Generation Z Employees.

Abstract

This study discusses the determination of cloud storage and IT infrastructure for file security. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the application of cloud storage plays a role in securing files and implementing IT infrastructure plays a role in securing files. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which aims to obtain hypotheses for further research. The results of this study include: 1) Cloud storage plays a role in securing files, where by implementing and using cloud storage, companies can more easily access cloud computing. So that it does not require disk space on hardware and 2) IT infrastructure plays a role in securing files, where with adequate IT infrastructure such as: network, hardware and software it will make it easier for companies to secure files. Other IT infrastructure that can be done is in the form of developing the speed of the company's internet network, in addition to making it easier for company employees to convey information. High internet speed is also useful in transferring and securing files and backing up files. If one of the company's hardware is attacked by a virus, the data can be quickly transferred with high internet speed. Another infrastructure is the development of its own applications, so that companies can easily control and operate applications according to the wishes and needs of the company. There are other factors that affect file security, including: 1) Employee performance; 2) Employee education; and 3) Competitive advantage.

Abstract

The article Literature Review the Effect of Information Technology Infrastructure and the Internet of Things on Defense Industry Management Information Systems is a literature review scientific article. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence or role between variables that will be used in future research, within the scope of management information systems science. The method of writing articles is a library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this article are: 1) Information technology infrastructure affects the defense industry management information system partially; 2) The Internet of things affects the defense industry management information system partially; and 3) Information technology infrastructure and the internet of things have a partial effect on the defense industry management information system. Apart from these 2 exogen variables that affect the endogenous variables of the defense industry driver's license, there are still other factors including employee capability, encryption and employee education.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of billboard advertising and social media on brand awareness is a literature review scientific article. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of influence between variables that can be used in further research, within the scope of marketing management science. The method of writing articles is quantitative, data obtained from questionnaires submitted to respondents via google form with several indicators related to billboard advertisements and social media. The population in this study amounted to 200 people with a research sample of 50 respondents. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The tests carried out are t-tests, f-tests and determination coefficient tests. The results of this study include: 1) Billboard advertising has an effect on brand awareness partially; 2) Social media has a partial effect on brand awareness; and 3) Billboard advertising and social media affect brand awareness simultaneously. Apart from these 2 exogen variables that affect endogenous variables of brand awareness, there are still other factors including promotion, co-branding and advertising.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of sales and total debt on stock prices in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from February to July 2022. The independent variables in this study include: sales and total debt, with the dependent variable, namely stock price. The data used in this study are secondary data, obtained from the Indonesian stock exchange. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The population of this study is 45 companies listed on the LQ45 IDX for the period August 2021 – July 2022. The total sample size is 20 companies listed on the LQ45 IDX and come from various industrial sectors. Tests performed t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination r-square. Where secondary data has been tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumption tests have been carried out and all data meets to continue analysis or data processing. The company's financial data used covers the years 2021-2022 on the Indonesian stock exchange. Data processing uses the IBM SPSS version 27 data processing application. The results of this study indicate that sales partially affect the stock price of LQ45 companies on the IDX for the 2021-2022 period, total debt has no effect and is not significant on the stock price of LQ45 companies on the IDX for the 2021-2022 period partially, and sales and total debt have no effect and are not significant on the stock price of LQ45 companies on the IDX for the 2021-2022 period simultaneously.

Abstract

Article Effect of Billboard Advertising and Social Media Marketing on Consumer Purchase Interest is a scientific literature review article within the scope of marketing management science. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the effect between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of marketing management science. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from previous research that is relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books and Sinta journals. The results of this article are: 1) Billboard advertising affected consumer buying interest; and 2) Social media marketing affected consumer buying interest.
