Abstract

Digital marketing, which is the use of the internet and information technology in marketing, has experienced rapid growth along with the widespread use of the internet. Even, there are still a few MSME actors, especially in the Responsibility sub-district, who understand the optimal use of digital marketing. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) method is used to identify existing problems. The results of the study show that most MSME actors in the Respondent Village have a limited understanding of digital marketing. However, through socialization activities and digital marketing practices, MSME actors have succeeded in increasing their knowledge and skills in utilizing social media for marketing. This has a positive impact on increasing MSME sales and wider use of social media by MSME actors. This research contributes to building digital marketing awareness and capabilities for MSMEs, so that they can increase the competitiveness and sustainability of their businesses in the digital era.

Abstract

This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to analyze the intrinsic and extrinsic work motivation of individuals with disabilities at UMKM Arsyadina in Surabaya. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving several informants, including the owner, non-disabled employees, and employees with disabilities who have worked for approximately two years. The data obtained was then analyzed using data condensation techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the analysis indicate that individuals with disabilities have high motivation to work, driven by both internal and external factors. Moreover, the inclusive and adaptive work environment at UMKM Arsyadina contributes significantly to enhancing their work enthusiasm. These findings provide valuable insights into the motivational factors that enable individuals with disabilities to perform well in the workplace.

Abstract

This digital era requires people to understand digital in order to increase people's income. The main purpose of socialization is to increase public knowledge of digital marketing to provide the community, especially MSMEs in the Responsibility Village, with the importance of learning new things and using digital as wisely as possible. From the results of the socialization can provide data that can be considered for the future to be able to provide new knowledge to MSMEs in the Respondent Village.
