Abstract

More than 100 instances of information leakage brought on by unauthorized access occurred in 2022. This study used case studies in conjunction with system development. Early Warning Systems (EWS) are intended to give current information on event violations. When the worker goes to the console, EWS will warn and ask for verification. In Centralised Log Management (CLM), data logs were filtered with a policy-based Correlation setup approach. Network Security devices are configured for Rule-Based Correlations, and log data will be forwarded to CLM. In the case of an occurrence, logs are crucial to the inquiry. We used the CLM model to secure log data. EWS can filter harmful activity and malicious events from all current devices using this CLM. EWS will send any malicious activities or events it detects through telegram and email. Applying CLM and EWS with IT risk measurement can assist in reducing the risk of information leakage and offer quick information for breaches or incidents, according to this study. Evaluation, which lasted for two weeks, produced outcomes including less unauthorized activity, outstanding performance in the notification system that may assist in verifying access to the proper privileges for accessing the device, and simple detection of unauthorized access and file modifications, among other things.

Abstract

Background: One of the occupational diseases is Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS). CTS is a condition in which the hand feels tingling, numb, painful, or weak. This syndrome occurs when the nerves inside the wrist are squeezed or compressed. Jobs that are at risk of CTS involve doing repetitive movements, working with awkward postures, working in a motorized vehicle production or working using computers. Purpose: To determine the factors associated with the incidence of CTS in workers that used computers in the finance division of Property Industry. Method: This research used quantitative research with cross-sectional design with a total sample of 34 respondents who worked in the finance division. The data were obtained through secondary data and questionnaires with direct observation and variables including gender, age, length of service, working period and awkward hand postures. The analysis carried out includes univariate and bivariate analyses using the chi-square test. Result: The univariate analysis of the respondents indicated there were 22 people (68.8%) experiencing CTS. Further, there were 22 people (75.5%) at risk from gender proportion, 22 people (68.8%) from age, 26 people (81.3%) from length of service, 22 people (68.8%) from long working period, and 24 people (74.0%) from awkward postures. Conclusion: There is a relationship between length of service, posture and the incidence of CTS on the workers using computers from the financial division of Property Industry.

Abstract

Poor sanitation practices, particularly open defecation, are major contributors to diarrhea, leading to millions of deaths worldwide. In Indonesia, this issue is exacerbated during the dry season. To address this problem, this activity aimed to provide education on diarrhea using a Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) approach. Activities included education on the pillars of CLTS, interactive discussions, and evaluation. Evaluation results demonstrated that CLTS education was effective in increasing community knowledge about diarrhea prevention, indicated by an improvement in average knowledge scores after the intervention. Therefore, widespread dissemination of CLTS through counseling, promotional media, and the involvement of community leaders is highly recommended to improve sanitation quality and prevent diarrhea.
