Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) adalah sebuah konsep dimana teknologi diintegrasikan ke dalam suatu objek, teknologi-teknologi tersebut berupa sensor maupun software sehingga memungkinkan objek bisa saling terhubung satu sama lain. Dalam industri pertanian, adanya teknologi sensor dan kecerdasan buatan mempermudah pekerjaan para petani yang awalnya konvensional menjadi terotomatisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar dapat membuat rancangan alat penyiram tanaman otomatis pada greenhouse di kampus 2 UINSA. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode kualitatif rancang bangun. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah menggunakan model Waterfall. Greenhouse yang dioptimalkan dengan sistem penyiraman otomatis berbasis IoT dapat mengurangi penggunaan air secara signifikan. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa IoT menghubungkan perangkat sensor seperti sensor kelembaban tanah dan sensor suhu dengan pompa air untuk dikontrol lewat koneksi internet. IoT dibuat dengan menggunakan modul ESP8266 guna mendukung mikrokontroler arduino sebagai pengontrol rangkaian elektronik dan menyimpan program di dalamnya. Secara otomatis, sistem akan melakukan penyiraman apabila kelembaban tanah kurang dari 20%, penyiraman akan berakhir ketika kelembaban sudah mencapai 80%. Dengan adanya rancangan alat penyiram tanaman otomatis ini, diharapkan dapat membantu pekerjaan para pemilik usaha tanaman dalam meminimalisasi penggunaan air terutama yang ada pada greenhouse.

Abstract

Knowledge Management (KM) is a rapidly developing concept across various disciplines and business practices. KM encompasses the collection, storage, dissemination, and utilization of knowledge to enhance learning effectiveness. This study aims to examine the implementation of knowledge management in education across different educational levels using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze a number of related articles. The research findings indicate that the implementation of KM is significantly more prevalent in secondary (approximately 65%) and tertiary education levels (around 70%) compared to basic education (about 30%). Key factors influencing the success of KM implementation include the availability of infrastructure, student participation, support from teachers and staff, and a learning culture that fosters collaboration.

Abstract

The application of information technology in public services is a strategic step in improving the efficiency and quality of services, including in the education sector. The Education and Culture Office of Sidoarjo Regency has implemented technology through APE MUDIK (Aplikasi Pelayanan Mutu Pendidikan), which is used internally by employees to support administrative services in the field of education quality. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to analyze how this technology is implemented and how it impacts the service process. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews and observations of employees and interns involved in system operations. The results of the study indicate that APE MUDIK contributes to increasing employee work effectiveness and neatness of data management. However, this system cannot be used directly by the community and still faces technical obstacles such as network disruptions. From a Socio Informatics perspective, the use of APE MUDIK has changed work patterns and social interactions in the education bureaucracy environment.
