Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi mewujudkan suatu perubahan zaman yang membawa kemajuan manusia semakin modern. Kemajuan teknologi juga telah mempengaruhi kejahatan dunia maya dalam banyak hal. Pertama, kecepatan dan ketersediaan akses Internet memudahkan penjahat dunia maya mendapatkan akses ke jaringan global. Hal ini juga menyebabkan serangan phishing yang sering terjadi dan merusak. Selain itu, pengembangan perangkat lunak yang berkelanjutan telah memungkinkan terciptanya aplikasi phishing yang lebih canggih. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari lebih dalam lagi mengenai kejahatan cybercrime dalam bentuk phising. Kemajuan teknologi memberikan banyak peluang bagi kejahatan cybercrime untuk melancarkan kejahatan serangan phising. Mereka dapat menggunakan berbagai metode online, email, media social, malware untuk mencoba menipu korbannya. Phising adalah upaya pemalsuan informasi pribadi atau keuangan dari orang atau kelompok yang tidak menaruh curiga. Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh kemajuan teknologi terhadap perkembangan phishing sebagai tindak pidana cybercrime.artikel ini juga mencakup upaya pencegahan dan penegakan hukum yang dilakukan untuk menghadapi perkembangn phising. Hasil penelitian ini untuk memberikan pemahan yang lebih baik tentang hubungan antara teknologi dan perkembangan kejahatan cybercrime, phising, dan dapat berkontribusi pada upaya pencegahan dan penegakan hukum yang efektif.

Abstract

Providing false information by employees is an action that can have significant legal impacts, both for the individual concerned and the institution where they work. This research aims to analyze the criminal implications of acts of false information carried out by employees, with a focus on the application of the evidentiary system in proving the elements of the criminal act of false information in accordance with Article 242 of the Criminal Code and the provisions of the criminal law that regulate the prosecution and qualification of such actions. In this research, the method used is normative juridical analysis with a case study approach. The results of the research show that the application of the evidentiary system in cases of false statements involves witness statements, evidence, and the defendant's confession which support each other to prove that the information given is not true. The conclusion of this research confirms that acts of false information by employees not only harm the company but can also damage public trust in institutions. Therefore, it is important to implement a strict evidentiary system and provide strict sanctions for such actions to maintain justice and legal integrity. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of criminal law in Indonesia, especially in handling cases of false statements involving employees

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on work motivation, employee performance, and business sustainability at Pala Raya Hospital (RSIA Pala Raya) in Tegal Regency, and to examine the mediating role of work motivation and employee performance in this relationship. The background of this study is based on the decline in patient visits and hospital revenue, which raises the need for a sustainability strategy based on internal organizational strengthening. The research method used is a quantitative explanatory approach with a total sampling technique of 200 employee respondents, and data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS through SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that transformational leadership has a significant and positive effect on work motivation and employee performance, and has an impact on the sustainability of the hospital's business. Work motivation has a stronger influence than performance on sustainability. The mediation test shows that work motivation is a significant mediator in the relationship between transformational leadership and business sustainability, while employee performance is not. The study also identified various obstacles in the implementation of transformational leadership, such as lack of training, bureaucratic culture, and a reward system that does not support innovation. These findings emphasize the importance of the role of inspirational and participatory leadership in building motivation and supporting hospital sustainability.
