Abstract

The religious education program in the process of implementation based on the ISMUBA Curriculum is a typical curriculum belonging to the Muhammadiyah school, which is oriented towards increasing faith, taqwa, and noble morals. This principle is tried to be implemented and realized by SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang in daily programs and learning activities, which are contained in the Al-Islam, Kemuhammadiyahan and Arabic (ISMUBA) curriculum. The focus of the research is on Evaluation of the implementation of the AL-Islam, Kemuhammadiyahan and Arabic (ISMUBA) curriculum. This research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang City. The subjects of the study were the principal, vice principal for curriculum, vice principal for ISMUBA (ISMUBA teachers) in Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang as well as the Palembang City Education Council, students were also not spared in data collection. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out using the triangulation method which aims to describe, describe, explore and describe the implementation of ISMUBA education in Muhammadiyah 1 High School Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of facilitator roles and financial technology on the financial management of women micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) entrepreneurs in Sakra Timur District, East Lombok Regency. A quantitative method with a survey research design was used in this study. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who were women MSME entrepreneurs in the area. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between the independent variables (facilitator roles and financial technology) and the dependent variable (financial management). The results showed that the role of facilitators had no significant effect on the financial management of women MSME entrepreneurs. These findings indicate that the utilization of financial technology can improve financial management among MSME actors, whereas the facilitator role does not make a significant contribution.

Abstract

Peranan penting alat berat dalam penyelesaian sebuah proyek yaitu menjadikan manajemen pelaksanaan menjadi efektif dan efisien, pemilihan alat berat harus tepat dari segi jenis, ukuran dan jumlahnya. Efisiensi kerja alat berat meliputi faktor – faktor keterampilan operator, faktor kondisi mesin, faktor sifat dan kondisi material, faktor pembatas pemakaian tenaga, dan faktor metode kerja. Kesalahan pemilihan dan kerusakan alat signifikan berpengaruh pada waktu. Penelitian ini di lakukan pada divisi V (Perkerasan berbutir) dan divisi VI (Perkerasan aspal) pada proyek peningkatan struktur jalan Seuleumbah – Abeuk Tingkeum Kecamatan Jeumpa, Kabupaten Bireuen. Produktivitas alat dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Metode Estimate Indeks (EI) dan penjadwalan menggunakan metode Barchart dan Metode Network Planning. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan referensi dan penelitian terdahulu. Dari hasil penelitian, waktu yang diperlukan alat untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan perkerasan berbutir yaitu 36 hari kerja dan waktu yang diperlukan alat untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan perkerasan aspal adalah 3 hari kerja.Kata Kunci : alat berat, produktivitas, waktu, faktor

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of employee work by considering the factors of competence, internal communication, and work ethics. This study was conducted on 46 employees of the Bireuen Regency Regional Education Office Branch, using an associative method with a quantitative approach using path analysis data analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) competence directly and together with internal communication and work ethics factors have a positive influence on work effectiveness of 56.16%. (2) Internal communication aspects have a direct and indirect influence with competence and work ethics factors on employee work effectiveness of 60.44%. (3) Meanwhile, work ethics have a direct and indirect influence together with competence and internal communication on work effectiveness of 62.2%. (4) Simultaneously, these three factors contribute to changes in employee work effectiveness of 72.1%. (5) There is a causal relationship between competence and internal communication aspects with a fairly strong category of 0.723, also a relationship between internal communication and work ethics with a very strong category of 0.833. Meanwhile, the relationship between work ethics and competency factors is also strong, at 0.802
