Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see 1) The effect of salary on job satisfaction of BRI employees in the Bireuen Branch, 2) the effect of promotion on job satisfaction of employees of the BRI Bireuen Branch, 3) The influence of colleagues on job satisfaction of employees of the BRI Bireuen Branch, 4) The effect of salary, promotion position, colleagues on job satisfaction of BRI employees at the Bireuen Branch jointly (simultaneously). This research was conducted at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bireuen Branch Office, having its address at Jl Medan Banda Aceh Simpang 4 Bireuen. As for the variables in this study are salary, promotion, coworkers, and job satisfaction. The population in this study were all employees of BRI Bireuen Branch as many as 182 employees. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula and the results are 125 people. The research method used is quantitative research. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 17 and shows the results: from three independent variables, namely salary, job promotion and co-workers, it is found that salaries and co-workers partially affect employee job satisfaction with the value of the salary regression coefficient (X1). is 0.288 and co-workers (X3) is 0.451 while Job Promotion (X2) has no effect with the regression coefficient value of 0.63. Simultaneously, salary, job promotion, coworkers have an effect on job satisfaction of employees of BRI Bireuen Branch, the value of R Squer is 0.754 or 75.4%, the rest is influenced by other factors that are not discussed

Abstract

This research is an associative research with a quantitative approach.The use of a quantitative approach in this study is intended to test the hypothesis by using statistical calculations to examine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable under study. This research will be conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange through the official IDX website, namely: http/www.idx.co.id. This research was conducted from July 2021 to December 2021.Typethe data used in this study is quantitative data, namely data measured on a numerical scale (numbers). The population used in this study are companies on the LQ-45 index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 - 2020, where there are 45 LQ-45 index issuers which will change every 6 months or the period of February and August every year. year. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling which was selected based on certain criteria in accordance with the research objectives.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between culture and Islam in the fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council No: 107/dsn-muj/x/2016 concerning Guidelines for operating hospitals based on sharia principles. This is important to do because the harmony between culture and standardization of quality indicators of sharia hospital services will make sharia hospitals easily accepted in the community.The design of this research is Literature Review or literature review. Literature research is research conducted using literature (library), either in the form of books, notes, or reports on the results of previous research. The results of the research are almost entirely from the fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council No: 107/dsn-muj/x/2016 concerning Guidelines for operating hospitals based on sharia principles are closely related or in line with eastern Indonesian culture which upholds the culture of shame, the culture of helping , a culture of advising each other and a culture of clean living.

Abstract

This study aims to make a literature review of research related to the factors that affect the financing of non-performing Islamic banking in Indonesia. The importance of this research is because non-performing financing of Islamic banks continues to increase and can be dangerous. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and collects articles using the publish or perish application with restrictions from 2017 to 2021. The results: the factors that affect non-performing financing in Islamic banking occur due to external factors and internal factors. from internal companies such as procedural errors in providing financing, fraud, analysis errors, managerial abilities, lack of supervision and monitoring,) and from debtors such as character, sick debtors, education, family (internal macro factors of the company). Furthermore, External Factors can be caused by macroeconomics, such as market conditions, government regulations, politics, natural disasters. (Company external macro factors). Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the level of understanding and sensitivity of companies towards the impact of industrial waste. The method used in this research is a qualitative method which prioritizes observing phenomena and exploring the essential meaning of phenomena. The research results show that Industrial Companies in Aceh have implemented Green Human Resource Management where Green HRM is the foundation that supports environmentally friendly behavior among employees, which in turn strengthens the company's CSR commitment. Industrial Companies in Aceh already understand the concept of Employees' Green Behavior where Employees' Green Behavior reflects the success of Green HRM and direct contribution to achieving CSR goals. Industrial Companies in Aceh have implemented corporate social responsibility. Green HRM and CSR support each other; Green HRM policies facilitate CSR implementation by ensuring that a company's HR practices support social and environmental sustainability goals.

Abstract

The contribution of the MSME sector to Indonesia's GDP and employment cannot be underestimated. This is evidenced by the fact that 64 million MSME businesses account for around 61% of the country's GDP and employ millions of people, this sector plays an important role in driving economic growth and creating job opportunities. However, in order for MSME businesses to continue to grow and contribute to the economy, it is important that they receive the support and resources needed to overcome challenges and seize opportunities in the global market. The purpose of this research is how to strategize MSMEs in job creation. This study uses descriptive qualitative analysis. Some of the strategies that can be taken in creating jobs in the MSME sector are increasing access to financing for MSME actors, tax incentives, increasing skill development programs for MSME entrepreneurs and encouraging innovation and technology adoption in the Indonesian MSME sector.

Abstract

Research on 92 Dayah Tauthiatuth Thullab Putri students, Simpang Mamplam District, Bireuen Regency with the aim of analyzing learning interest related to Infrastructure, teacher professionalism and teacher work discipline. With quantitative methods, and processing techniques using multiple regression analysis. The data collection technique uses a closed questionnaire. And the results show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of all the factors analyzed, namely learning facilities, teacher professionalism and teacher work discipline on students' interest in learning. (2) Simultaneously, the factors of infrastructure, professionalism and teacher work discipline have an influence of 48.6% on increasing student interest in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of factors that affect the performance of employees of the Bireuen Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. By determining the leadership factor, emotional intelligence and work discipline as intervening variables. The research was descriptive and verification, with the data analysis method used to test the hypothesis was path analysis using the latest SPSS version 26. The results of the path analysis showed, (1) leadership affects employee performance, (2) emotional intelligence affects employee performance, (3) leadership and emotional intelligence simultaneously affect employee performance by 44.5%. (4) Work discipline as an intervening variable that affects leadership and emotional intelligence on employee performance

Abstract

This activity was carried out to embrace and empower the community, especially farmers in Sido Mulyo Village, Kuta Makmur District, North Aceh Regency. Which then requires assistance in cultivating medicinal plants, namely curcuma ceasera (black turmeric) to make it easier to cultivate the plant. In addition, it also provides an understanding in order to get good and maximum production results. Partners of community service activities, both individuals and groups, institutions or agencies, expand their networks through the dissemination of information to social media, so that the location of the activity can be compared as a center for medicinal plant conservation, an education center and a center for developing community-based medicinal plant businesses. For its sustainability, support and assistance are needed in the process. Provision of funds or a place to open a herbal medicine shop is the final target in building a post-harvest business.

Abstract

This study aims to demonstrate the impact of competency, motivation, and organizational culture on employee professionalism. A survey was conducted at the Bener Meriah Regency Bappeda office with 47 employees. A quantitative associative method was used, with path analysis used for data analysis. The results indicate: (1) a causal relationship exists between the variables Competence and Motivation, and organizational culture is moderate. (2) Employee competency has a direct and indirect impact on professionalism, with a contribution of 43.65%. (3) Motivation contributes 29.14%, and organizational culture contributes 26.76%. (4) Employee competency, motivation, and organizational culture simultaneously contribute positively to the professionalism of Bappeda Bener Meriah employees, with a contribution of 37.6%.
