The development of digital business transformation has received a positive response from Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, supported by the fact that MSME products on digital platforms are more likely to be purchased by customers. This condition provides a conducive ecosystem for Indonesia as an economic driver. To ensure the sustainability of MSMEs in the digital era, a concept of business and financial environment that supports the dynamics of digital business transformation is needed. The study is located in Malang City and employs a questionnaire as an instrument distributed to 100 MSMEs. Based on the SEM analysis on SmartPLS, the entrepreneurship ecosystem has a significant influence on the Digital Transformation of MSMEs in Malang City.
