Abstract

This research aims to analyze: (1) the direct effect of service quality dimensions on campus image; (2) the direct effect of service quality dimensions, campus image on student satisfaction; (3) the indirect effect of service quality dimensions on student satisfaction through campus image as a mediating variable.Research was desained with quantitative and theoretical confirmatory which respondents as many as 227 STIEM Bongaya students in the odd semester 2023-2004. Data was obtained by deploying Google Forms and analyzed using SEM SmartPLS version 3.Research results reveal that: (1) there are 2 dimensions of service quality that have positive and significant impact on campus image, namely assurance and tangible, while empathy, reliability, and responsiveness do not have a significant influence on the formation of campus image, even the dimensions of reliability and empathy also have negative coefficients on campus image; (2) Assurance, campus image, and tangibles have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, while reliability, responsiveness, and empathy do not have a significant effect, even responsiveness has a negative coefficient on student satisfaction; (3) The indirect effect of assurance and tanggible has positive and significant effect on student satisfaction through campus image variables. Indirect effect of responsiveness on student satisfaction through campus image has positive coefficient but is not significant. Futhermore, the indirect influence of empathy and reliability on student satisfaction through campus image has a negative coefficient, although not significant.

Abstract

The Maluku Province, like many other regions in Indonesia, still heavily relies on transfers from the central government to finance its expenditures. This dependency can limit fiscal autonomy and the region's flexibility in managing its budget according to local needs.This study aims to examine the impact of Regional Original Revenue (PAD), Transferred to the regions (TKD) on the Fiscal Independence of Maluku Province. Research Methods Applied quantitative research. With a literature review and description of the financial statements of the Maluku Provincial Budget Realization during the year period (2018-2022), and analyzed with several formulas on Fiscal Independence and Regional Independence Index.The results of the study show that: (1) The degree of fiscal decentralization of the Maluku Provincial Government during 2018-2022, is still "lacking" and "adequate". (2) The Maluku Provincial Government's Fiscal Independence Index during 2018-2022 is at the level of "not yet independent" and "towards independence".

Abstract

Accounting fraud has received a lot of public attention as a dynamic that is the center of attention for business people. This study aims to test and analyze the influence of internal control systems and job satisfaction on the tendency of accounting fraud. The research was conducted on employees of Bank Sulsebar Sinjai Branch. Data collection used a questionnaire technique and the number that could be collected and analyzed as many as 45 questionnaires from 45 respondents/employees who filled out the questionnaire. To conduct data analysis, multiple regression analysis was used using the SPSS application to process data. The results of the study show that the internal control system has a negative effect on the tendency of accounting fraud. Job satisfaction has a negative effect on the tendency of accounting fraud
