Abstract

Teaching skills are an aspect that must be owned by a teacher to achieve success in learning, therefore teachers must have a high ability in learning. In fact, this study aims to describe the teaching skills of Islamic religious education teachers in improving student learning outcomes at Madrasah Tsanawiyah. In addition, to describe the actions of Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving student learning outcomes at Madrasah Tsanawiyah. This study uses a qualitative method with an approach case study, Research data were taken from thirty-six informants, consisting of school principals, teachers, and students by means of individual and group interviews. To strengthen the interview data the author also made direct observations of teachers and students. All interview and observation data were analyzed using Analysis Interactive the Milles & Hubberman model. The results of this study found eight teacher activities in teaching. The teaching skills of Islamic Religious Education teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah include i) opening lesson skills, ii) closing lesson skills, iii) explaining skills, iv) questioning skills, v) reinforcement skills, vi) variation skills, vii) small group discussion guiding skills, and viii) class management skills. This research has succeeded in uncovering eight teacher skills in teaching so as to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to analyze the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in high schools, particularly in relation to the school's excellent programs that support educational quality. The focus of this study is how TQM principles are applied through these programs and their impact on school quality management in promoting student achievement.Method – This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. It focuses on the phenomenon of implementation of TQM through the direct involvement of educational stakeholders, such as principals and teachers, as a crucial part of the data collection process. The study was conducted at Budi Mulia Dua International High School. This school was purposefully selected because it has implemented various excellent programs to improve the quality of education. Findings – This study found that TQM is implemented through four main programs: Student Advisory, University Preparation Program, Talent Optimizing Program, and BMD Award. The implementation of TQM through these excellent programs has produced measurable outcomes, including monthly student?advisory mentoring sessions, 41 students successfully entering national and international universities, 3 national level competition winners, and 10 academic award recipients. These four programs illustrate TQM principles such as continuous improvement, customer focus, and full involvement and contribute to the formation of a sustainable school quality culture. Research Implications – This research contributes principals and policy makers to design and refine excellent programs that instill TQM principles such as monthly student guidance to achieve improved achievement, continuing education and rewarding students to strengthen a sustainable quality culture.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 3 Painan merupakan satu-satunya Sekolah Umum Negeri di kabupaten Pesisir Selatan yang memakai sistem Boarding School dalam upaya pelaksanaan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter untuk menciptakan peserta didik yang berprestasi, berkarakter, dan berwawasan lingkungan. Adanya Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter di SMA Negeri 3 Painan sebagai sarana dalam mewujudkan Revolusi Karakter Bangsa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai karakter yang terdapat pada penguatan pendidikan karakter, bentuk pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter, dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter di SMA Negeri 3 Painan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif yaitu menggambarkan objek penelitian apa adanya. Sumber data adalah kepala sekolah, pendidik, peserta didik dan orang tua di SMA Negeri 3 Painan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Nilai-nilai karakter yang terdapat pada penguatan pendidikan karakter d SMA Negeri 3 Painan adalah religius, nasionalis, mandiri, gotong royong, dan integritas serta nilai karakter pendukung lainya. (2) Bentuk pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui 3 basis yaitu pertama, berbasis kelas, melalui pengintegrasian penguatan pendidikan karakter ke dalam kurikulum, melalui manajemen kelas, melalui pemilihan dan penggunaaan metode pembelajaran, melalui gerakan literasi. Kedua, berbasis budaya sekolah melalui peraturan sekolah dan asrama, melalui program sekolah dan asrama serta melalui kultur sekolah. Ketiga, berbasis masyarakat berupa kegiatan GSMS (Gerakan Seni Masuk Sekolah), mendatangkan seseorang yang ahli di bidangnya, melalui FESPA (Festival SMA Negeri 3 Painan, dan kerja sama masyarakat dan orang tua. (3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter. Pertama, faktor pendukung yaitu faktor internal yaitu komitmen dan konsistensi bersama (seluruh stakeholder) dan dukungan dari kepala sekolah dalam menjalankan program serta sistem yang jelas yang diterapkan..

Abstract

Transformasi digital holistik telah menjadi elemen strategis dalam reformasi layanan publik yang adaptif dan berorientasi pada efisiensi kelembagaan. Studi ini mengkaji implementasi integratif teknologi digital di Jasa Raharja melalui penerapan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resource Information System (HRIS), serta manajemen data berbasis teknologi blockchain dan big data analytics. Strategi digitalisasi ini tidak hanya memperkuat efisiensi internal melalui otomatisasi proses bisnis dan manajemen sumber daya manusia, tetapi juga mendukung sinkronisasi data lintas lembaga dalam penyusunan database kendaraan bermotor nasional, manajemen data kecelakaan lalu lintas, dan penanganan klaim asuransi. Integrasi sistem DASI-JR, IRSMS, dan DORS telah mempercepat proses diseminasi informasi dan klaim, serta meningkatkan kepatuhan pajak masyarakat secara signifikan. Dengan pendekatan sistemik dan berbasis data, transformasi ini berkontribusi pada terciptanya tata kelola publik yang lebih akuntabel, transparan, dan partisipatif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi berbasis ekosistem dan kolaborasi multi-stakeholder merupakan prasyarat utama dalam mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang responsif dan inklusif.
