Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki komponen keberhasilan startup digital yang didasarkan pada kepemimpinan, serta dampak kepemimpinan tersebut terhadap ketahanan pribadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan sampling purposive. Observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, tinjauan literatur, dan penelitian internet adalah beberapa metode pengumpulan data. Menurut hasil penelitian, gaya kepemimpinan situasional adalah yang paling efektif untuk startup digital. Startup digital dapat membantu ketahanan pribadi CEO dengan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, optimisme, ketaatan pada prinsip, kemandirian, kreativitas, inovasi, rasa tanggung jawab, dan keinginan untuk bekerja sama. Selain itu, penelitian ini menekankan betapa pentingnya waktu, tim, ide, model bisnis, dan pendanaan sebagai faktor keberhasilan startup.The purpose of this study is to investigate the components of digital startup success that are based on leadership, as well as the impact of such leadership on personal resilience. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach with purposive sampling. Observation, interviews, documentation, literature review, and internet research are some of the data collection methods. According to the results, situational leadership style is the most effective for digital startups. Digital startups can help the CEO's personal resilience by increasing self-confidence, optimism, adherence to principles, independence, creativity, innovation, sense of responsibility, and willingness to cooperate. In addition, this research emphasises the importance of time, team, ideas, business model, and funding as startup success factors.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the stages of decision making for granting loans to prospective customers using the J48 Algorithm. Using the "Loan-Approval-Prediction-Dataset" dataset obtained from Kaggle, this research will build a decision tree model that can provide insight into the key factors that influence the decision. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to financial institutions in increasing accuracy, efficiency and objectivity in the credit evaluation process, as well as helping prospective customers understand the factors that need to be considered to increase their chances of loan approval.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan content marketing melalui platform digital dengan strategi AIDA secara konsisten dapat meningkatkan retensi dan loyalitas pelanggan di Barbershop Style Man. Konten visual yang menarik, informasi edukatif, dan ajakan bertindak yang jelas di media sosial terbukti efektif membangun hubungan dengan pelanggan serta mendorong mereka untuk kembali menggunakan layanan. Strategi ini memperkuat kepercayaan, memperluas jangkauan bisnis, dan membantu barbershop bertahan di tengah persaingan.
