Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi kecap. Perencanaan kuantitas persediaan bahan baku yang diterapkan perusahaan memiliki risiko ketidakpastian kebutuhan bahan baku karena volume penjualan yang tidak menentu di setiap bulannya. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap penentuan kuantitas pembelian optimal dan biaya persediaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kuantitas pembelian optimal bahan baku prioritas produksi kecap berdasarkan biaya persediaan minimum. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara kepada perusahaan dan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini membandingkan antara metode pengendalian persediaan EOQ, Min-Max Stock, dan Pengendalian Perusahaan (metode eksisting). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahan baku prioritas produksi kecap adalah gula dan tauco dengan presentase penyerapan dana sebesar 91.77% dan 3.94%. Metode peramalan terbaik adalah Trend Quadratic dengan kuantitas kebutuhan gula dan tauco di tahun 2024 sebesar 487,744 kg dan 19,191 kg. Metode pengendalian persediaan terbaik untuk gula dan tauco adalah metode EOQ dengan penghematan biaya persediaan sebesar Rp 104,775.28 atau 22.33% untuk bahan baku gula dan Rp 104,647.47 atau 22.30% untuk bahan baku tauco.

Abstract

Refrigerated LPG Terminal is a facility that handles liquefied gas as a raw material, ensuring a reliable supply of LPG for the community. Located in Remen Village, Jenu Subdistrict, Tuban Regency. The intensity of land use changes in an area will correspond to changes in the transportation system in that area. The construction of an LPG terminal will undoubtedly have transportation-related impacts in the area. Therefore, efforts are needed to address these issues by formulating traffic engineering management that is tailored to the actual conditions. The method used involves observational surveys such as Trips Attraction Survey and Origin Survey, which focus on inventorying the roads around the construction area. The impact analysis method of development using MKJI is employed. The analysis of the impact of the development of PT. Pertamina LPG terminal shows that from the existing condition before the development, during the construction phase, and at the early operation stage, it does not significantly affect the capacity of the existing roads in the area. In the forecast period of the next 5 years, there will be an increase in the road capacity value of DJ during the morning peak from 0.248 to 0.334. Regarding the level of service (LOS), it remains at level B for the existing period, construction phase, and early operational stage. By analyzing using forecasting methods, alternatives that can be planned include traffic control systems, understanding the road network system around the area, providing public transportation, installing traffic signs, providing parking facilities, and minimizing roadside parking.

Abstract

It is important to understand about dangerous goods and the procedures for transporting dangerous goods, especially for the younger generation. This can help reducing the number of accidents in the transportation of goods to help the transport of dangerous goods. Based on this, the Bali Land Transportation Polytechnic provides insight about lind spots for dangerous goods transportation. This activity uses socialization/counseling methods regarding the load of dangerous goods on the road and blind spots. The target of this program is students of SMAN 7 Denpasar, because there is a close relationship between role of students and driving safety regarding to dangerous goods transportation. this socialization hopefully provides an understanding of dangerous goods and the role of the younger generation in transportation safety. During this socialization, participants can understand the explanation and answer the questions correctly

Abstract

Hotel operations are not only about room rentals. Customer satisfaction with the services provided is also assessed from the cuisine served at the hotel restaurant. Fulfilment of customer satisfaction, especially in the food sector, is supported by qualified storage infrastructure. This study aims to determine the important role of cold storage in fruit and vegetable storage at Grand Istana Rama Hotel Bali. Data collection techniques using the interview method of resource persons, namely food management and beverages department. In addition, research is carried out through direct observation of activities, and literature and literature studies as secondary data. Data analysis is carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner by summarizing, describing, and analysing the condition of the situation at the hotel. Based on the results of the study, it was found that cold storage is considered very important in restaurant operations, especially when food ingredients arrive at the hotel but are not immediately processed. Cold storage has benefits for maintaining the quality and freshness of fruit raw materials, avoiding viral and bacterial contamination, and reducing the use of preservatives in fruits and vegetables. This research will provide information related to the process of storing fruits and vegetables using cold storage to maintain freshness.
