AbstractA country is said to be successful and successfully represented through a high rate of economic growth, it can be achieved by one of them is through export and import activities. As Islam views the economy by looking at the practices that have been carried out by the Prophet Muhammad, his family and companions who have conducted cross-country trade in the Arabian Peninsula, the border areas of Yemen, Bahrain, Syria and others. The problem arises that export activities are lower than imports, causing the trade balance to be negative, the exchange rate and people’s purchasing power to decline so that it can affect economic growth. Economic growth cannot be far from economic development, because economic development encourages economic growth, and conversely economic growth will facilitate the process of economic development. This article discusses the role of international trade for Indonesia’s economic growth from an Islamic perspective using the literature review method. It can be seen that Indonesia’s economy has improved in 2022. This can be seen from the increase in export and import activities that are being carried out by Indonesia and the increase in national income as indicated by the value of GDP obtained by Indonesia. Exports carried out by Indonesia are one of the steps to increase the country’s national income, thus the economy can grow and improve in the future. AbstrakSuatu negara dikatakan sukses dan berhasil terpresentasikan melalui laju kecepatan pertumbuhan ekonominya yang tinggi, hal itu dapat dicapai dengan salah satunya ialah melalui kegiatan ekspor dan impor. Sebagaimana Islam memandang ekonomi dengan melihat praktik yang telah di lakukan oleh Rasulullah SAW, keluarga dan para sahabatnya yang telah melakukan perdagangan lintas negara di Jazirah Arab, wilayah perbatasan Yaman, Bahrain, Syria dan lainnya. Permasalahannya muncul kegiatan ekspor ternyata lebih rendah dari impor sehingga menyebabkan neraca perdagangan menjadi negatif, nilai tukar serta daya beli masyarakat menurun sehingga hal tersebut dapat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Pertumbuhan ekonomi (economic growth) tidak bisa jauh dari pembangunan ekonomi, sebab pembangunan ekonomi mendorong terjadinya pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan sebaliknya pertumbuhan ekonomi akan memperlancar jalannya proses pembangunan ekonomi. Artikel ini mendiskusikan tentang peranan perdagangan internasional bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia perspektif Islam menggunakan metode literature review. Dapat diketahui bahwa ekonomi Indonesia telah membaik pada tahun 2022. Hal ini terlihat dari meningkatnya kegiatan ekspor dan impor yang tengah dilakukan oleh Indonesia serta meningkatnya pendapatan nasional yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai GDP yang diperoleh Indonesia. Ekspor yang dilakukan oleh Indonesia merupakan salah satu langkah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan nasional negara, dengan demikian maka ekonomi dapat semakin tumbuh dan membaik kedepannya.

The purpose of the research conducted for the application of Islamic finance. This research discusses the performance benchmarks of Islamic banks in Indonesia with the Islamic Performance Index (IPI). Its performance can be seen by using qualitative descriptive research as a whole from the period 2017 to 2023. Another problem that is less than optimal is the distribution of Zakah, because Islamic banks are still considered lacking in the management and utilization of Zakah funds. This research is expected to be useful for readers, especially stakeholders in providing learning and evaluation materials Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan untuk penganalisisan terhadap keuangan Syariah. Penelitian ini membahas perihal tolak ukur performa bank syariah di Indonesia dengan Islamic Performance Index (IPI). Kinerjanya dapat dilihat dengan memakai penelitian deskriptif kualitatif secara menyeluruh dari periode 2017 sampai 2023. Masalah lain yang kurang optimal adalah penyaluran zakat, karena bank syariah masih dianggap kurang dalam pengelolaan serta pendayagunaan dana zakat. Penelitian ini diharapkan bisa bermanfaat bagi pembacaca terutama pemangku kepentingan dalam memberikan pembelajaran dan bahan evaluasi.

Ecotourism in Tajungkima Hamlet serves as a form of social entrepreneurship activity where the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) and the local community jointly manage this freehold land to enhance the economy and promote shared prosperity. This research aims to provide a description and analysis of the optimization of Pokdarwis' role in ecotourism management with a social entrepreneurship approach, while also examining sustainability from an Islamic perspective. The study utilizes qualitative research methods with a descriptive system. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings reveal that the process of social entrepreneurship in the development of Somor-Somor Beach and Tanjung Ga'ang ecotourism contributes to a comprehensive understanding of Pokdarwis' role in ecotourism management through a social entrepreneurship approach. Additionally, it emphasizes the significance of integrating sustainability principles from an Islamic standpoint. The research emphasizes the importance of holistic and responsible practices that enhance societal socio-economic well-being while addressing environmental concerns. These insights can guide policymakers, local communities, and stakeholders in developing and promoting sustainable Ecotourism initiatives rooted in Islamic values.

Productive zakat is a Sharia economic instrument that has great potential to empower the people's economy. However, successful implementation is highly dependent on governance (governance) the good one. This research aims to examine the importance of building a transparent and accountable zakat management institution in supporting the success of productive zakat. Through a literature review and case analysis, this research concludes that transparency and accountability are the main keys in building public trust in institutions. Transparency includes disclosure of information regarding the management of zakat funds, distribution mechanisms, and the results achieved. Meanwhile, accountability means that the institution is accountable to all stakeholders, including muzakki, mustahik, and the government. This research also identifies several factors that can support the realization of a transparent and accountable zakat management institution, such as the existence of a good financial management system, independent monitoring mechanisms, and active community participation in the decision-making process.

Abstrak Generasi milenial terampil dalam bertransaksi secara digital dan dianggap cakap dalam memahami berzakat. Penelitian ini memiliki perbedaan dari penelitian sebelumnya dengan menggunakan pembahasan subjek Generasi milineal. Tradisi gotong-royong dan faktor religiusitas berdampak pada tingkat kedermawanan masyarakat Indonesia yang tinggi. Generasi milenial dapat mengaplikasikan tradisi tersebut dalam pola digitalisasi zakat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi. Kabupaten Gresik memiliki banyak pekerjaan dan perusahaan, sehingga menjadi kabupaten padat karya dengan keragaman partisipasi angkatan kerja. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan kuesioner yang diolah program SPSS dimana pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling sebanyak 99 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda, uji asumsi klasik normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan multikolinieritas serta uji hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel religiusitas (X1) dan literasi (X2) secara simultan dan parsial memiliki pengaruh terhadap kecenderungan pembayaran zakat digital pada kalangan pekerja milenial daerah Gresik utara. Rekomendasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti selanjutnya menambahkan variabel lain dalam mempengaruhi tingkat pembayaran zakat digital. Sedangkan lembaga zakat dapat terus meningkatkan transparansi dan mengajak meningkatkan religiusitas masyarakat agar memperoleh kepercayaan lebih dari muzakki milenial. The development of the Islamic financial sector has grown rapidly. This can be seen from the development of Islamic finance research, which continues to grow every year. As highlighted in previous research, there are still gaps in our knowledge of what and how Islamic finance will evolve, especially in Islamic social finance. This research analyzes the evolution of the literature from 2013 to 2025 to find out how to fill the knowledge gap in the field of Islamic social finance. This research uses two methods, namely bibliometrics and Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The data used in the analysis is secondary data taken from the Scopus web. The results of bibliometric analysis show that the last 13 years of Islamic social finance research have increased by 80%, with the main focus on Islamic banks, zakat, and waqf. Next, a content analysis of the findings of the four main research streams we conducted. Finally, we present four research questions that can be explored in the future. The findings have a number of implications for the state of the Islamic social finance literature, including study gaps and potential future research initiatives.

The Jawabir and Zawajir approach in the context of Islamic criminal law offers two different perspectives on law enforcement and crime prevention. Jawabir, which means coercion, focuses on the application of punishment as outlined in the textual provisions of the Qur'an and Hadith, aimed at atoning for the sins of criminals. On the other hand, Zawajir, which means prevention, emphasizes the importance of preventing crimes before they occur to create a deterrent effect for the wider community. Ibrahim Hosen, a prominent figure in ushul fiqh in Indonesia, proposed a reinterpretation of these two approaches. He emphasized that the application of law should be more flexible and responsive to the times and the needs of society. Hosen argues that the Zawajir approach is more relevant in the modern context, as it functions not only as punishment but also as a means of rehabilitation and prevention. Through the application of behavioral prevention theory, Hosen emphasizes that punishment should not only be retributive but also preventive, aiming to reduce the likelihood of future crime recurrence. As such, this approach seeks to strike a balance between justice and the public good. This study uses a qualitative library research method with content analysis, comparing classical Islamic legal texts and modern criminological theories. The findings indicate that Zawajir aligns closely with behavioral prevention, offering a preventive and reformative model compatible with maqasid al-sharia. This research contributes by bridging Islamic legal traditions and modern behavioral approaches to strengthen preventive strategies against riba.
