Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan kolektor pada BMT Al-Falah Berkah Sejahtera Kuningan, untuk mengetahui kepuasan nasabah pada BMT Al- Falah Berkah Sejahtera Kuningan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan kolektor terhadap kepuasan anggota pada BMT Al-Falah Berkah Sejahtera Kuningan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin dimana sampel yang didapat yaitu 94 orang anggota Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil BMT Al-Falah Berkah Sejahtera Kuningan. Data dalam penelitian selama periode pengamatan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji t, uji koefisien determinasi. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data (wawancara, kuesioner, observasi). Nilai kualitas pelayanan pada BMT Al-Falah Berkah Sejahtera Kuningan termasuk kategori baik yang dapat diwakilkan oleh 94 responden dengan persentase 77%. Kepuasan anggota termasuk pada kategori baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari perolehan skor sebesar 70% yang diwakilkan oleh 94 responden. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, diketahui bahwa nilai t hitung sebesar 11,252 > r tabel 2,2787, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Yang berarti bahwa “Ada Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan (variabel X) terhadap Kepuasan Anggota (variabel Y)“.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Ease of Use, Scurity, Trust, and Perception of Benefits on Interest In Using Mobile Banking with Lifestyle as a moderating variable on Padang City Students. This research is a quantitative study with a sample method, namely purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 121 respondents who were Padang State University students. The results of this study indicate that Ease of Use has no significant effect on interest in using Bank Nagari mobile banking in Air Tawar Padang, which means that this hypothesis is rejected because the p-value is 0.097> 0.05. Abstract

Background: Infant weight gain is an important sign of healthy growth and development. Various factors can influence infant weight, including nutritional intake, health conditions, and care received, including infant massage. Many mothers are motivated to provide infant massage in the hope that it can help support their infant's optimal growth. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between maternal motivation in performing infant massage and infant weight gain in Dusun VIII Suka Damai, Kwala Air Hitam Village, Selesai District, Langkat Regency. Methode: The research method used was quantitative research with a correlational analytical research design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was 50 people. The sample in this study used the Slovin Formula so that the sample size was 33 respondents. The data collection method was by using a questionnaire that was prepared to measure the variables. The data analysis used was univariate analysis which was carried out descriptively on all existing variables and analysis using the Chi Square test. Result: The results showed that out of 33 respondents, 24 respondents (72.7%) experienced weight gain in their babies due to being massaged routinely and regularly. Discussion: The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between maternal motivation in performing infant massage and infant weight gain with a p value of 0.000. It is expected that educational institutions will always improve guidance and emphasis on materials on pediatric nursing, namely on maternal motivation in performing infant massage and infant weight gain
