Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of skill of basic futsal techniques in Bunga Kenanga Fc club players Bengkulu City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The research sample totalled 15 people. The instruments used in this study are basic techniques in futsal games which include Passing Controlling, Dribbling and Shooting tests. Where the overall results are as follows: from a total of 15 samples studied, the results of the basic techniques of futsal games were obtained (40%) had a deficient category. (42%) has a medium category. (9%) has a good category. (9%) has a very good category.

Abstract

This study aims to describe futsal control passing in Himajas players at Dehasen University Bengkulu. This type of research is Quantitative Descriptive with the Population used in this study are all students who take part in extracurricular activities. The samples taken in this study were 15 students with sampling through the Total Sampling technique. The results of the study on the analysis of Passing Control Futsal Players Himajas Dehasen University Bengkulu is in the medium category with a frequency of 8 players with a percentage of 53% of the total 15 players, most of them show a consistent ability to control the ball and overcome opponent pressure. However, there were variations in skill levels between players, with some showing higher skill levels than others. Himajas Dehasen futsal passing control obtained data that the highest score was 32 and the lowest score was 22. From the data analysis, an average price (Mean) of 28.1 was obtained. There are five categories, namely, excellent, good, moderate, less and very less on the detailed classification of values, namely there are 3 people or (20%) are on a score> 32 people or (13%) are on a score of 29-31, 2 people or (53%) are on a score of 26-28, 8 people or (13%) are on a score of 22-25, 2 people or (0%) are on a score < 21.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between agility and basketball dribbling ability. The sample in this study were only male students totalling 20 people.  This research method belongs to the type of quantitative research using correlational analysis techniques.     Data collection techniques using the Illinois Agility Run Test agility test instrument and dribbling ability with a basketball dribbling ability test. The results of the study obtained tcount is greater than ttable or , so it can be stated that the research hypothesis Ha is accepted and the hypothesis H0 is rejected.  It can be seen from the calculation of the results that show the correlation value (r) with the provisions of the value of r = 0.657, the correlation coefficient is classified as strong.  The results of the diterminan coefficient value show that the independent variable agility contributes to the dribbling ability of basketball by 44.16% and the remaining 55.84% is determined by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of physical fitness possessed by physical education students at Dehasen University, Bengkulu. This study is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method. The sampling technique used in this study is random sampling, which is a technique for taking samples from a population randomly and using the principle of probability in determining the sample elements. The subjects in this study were 249 students of the Physical Education Department, Dehasen University, Bengkulu, semester 3, class of 2023, and in determining the sample using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 20% which then got a result of 10.96 which was then rounded up to 11 samples. This study is a quantitative descriptive study that uses a survey method. In this study, the sampling technique used is random sampling, where the research sampling technique in this study was carried out randomly and used the principle of probability in determining the sample elements. This study in its data collection technique uses tests and measurements of the Indonesian Physical Fitness Level (TKJI) aged 16-19 years. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis which is then expressed in the form of percentage figures. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the results of the physical fitness level of physical education students at Dehasen University, Bengkulu were obtained. The assessment was based on 5 items of the Indonesian Physical Health Test, namely 30-meter sprint, Pull-UP, Sit-UP, Vertical, and the last was medium-distance running. The results of data analysis from the measurement test based on the TKJI calculation benchmark obtained data and values ​​which were then categorized into five categories, namely very good, good, moderate, less, and very less. Of the 11 students who received the Very Good category, there was 1 person, the Good category was 6 people, the Moderate category was 4 people, the Less category was 0 people, and the last category was the Very Less category was 0 people, and from the entire test sample, the average category was GOOD.
