Abstract

Untuk mengoptimalkan informasi pariwisata yang didapatkan oleh wisatawan sebelum atau saat berkunjung ke kawasan ekowisata Tee Raea Park maka sangat diperlukan aplikasi sistem informasi berbasis website yang bisa diakses dengan bebas oleh siapa saja yang membutuhkan. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini adalah agar masyarakat desa mampu memahami dan mengenal Sistem Informasi Pariwisata berbasis web untuk Pengembangan Ekowisata Tee Raea Park Desa Ambeua Raya Kecamatan Kaledupa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah dan diskusi. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini menunjukkan respon yang positif dalam menerima materi selama berlangsung kegiatan serta menunjukkan ketertarikan yang tinggi dengan ditandai dengan hasil evaluasi yang masing-masing menunjukkan perubahan yang sangat signifikan. Dari indikator pertama menunjukan capaian persentase sebesar 85%, indikator kedua menunjukan capaian persentase sebesar 80%, indikator ketiga menunjukan capaian persentase sebesar 90%. Sehingga dengan diselenggarakannya kegiata PKM dengan tema Pengenalan Sistem Informasi Pariwisata berbasis web dapat ditindak lanjuti dan digunakan sebagai media promosi yang berkelanjutan terhadap pengembangan kawasan ekowisata Tee Raea Parka desa Ambeua Raya kecamatan Kaledupa kabupaten Wakatobi provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.

Abstract

To optimize the income achieved by BUMDes Tunas Mandiri Wawouru village, it is very necessary to use digital marketing. The aim of carrying out this PKM activity is so that BUMDes Tunas Mandiri ministrators and MSMEs are able to understand and recognize the use of digital marketing as a marketing strategy to increase BUMDes Tunas Mandiri's income in the Era of Society 5.0. The method used in this activity is the lecture and discussion method. The results of implementing this PKM activity showed a positive response in receiving material during the activity and showed high interest as indicated by the evaluation results, each of which showed very significant changes. The first indicator shows an achievement percentage of 80%, the second indicator shows an achievement percentage of 70%, the third indicator shows an achievement percentage of 85%. So that by holding PkM activities with the theme Digital Marketing to Increase the Income of BUMDes Tunas Mandiri in the Society 5.0 Era, it can be followed up and used as a sustainable promotional media to increase the income of BUMDes Tunas Mandiri in Wawouru village, Palangga sub-district, South Konawe district, Southeast Sulawesi province.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) Testing the influence of service quality on patient satisfaction at the Wakatobi District Hospital; 2) Testing the influence of patient satisfaction on the image of the institution at the Wakatobi District Hospital; 3) Testing the influence of service quality on the image of the institution at the Wakatobi Regency Regional Hospital; 4) Testing the influence of Patient Satisfaction as an intervening variable on Service Quality and Institutional Image at Wakatobi District Hospital. The population in this study were patients and families of patients at the Wakatobi District Hospital. The sample taken was determined to be 68 people. The sampling method used is purposive random sample, namely a sample selection technique based on certain criteria. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis, validity testing, reliability testing, hypothesis testing and direct and indirect influence testing using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) concept with the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) program. The result showed that: 1) Service quality has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction at the Wakatobi district hospital, showing the original sample estimate value between the influence of service quality on satisfaction of 0.742 and a positive value. 2) Patient satisfaction has a significant positive effect on the image of the institution at the Wakatobi District Hospital. 3) Service quality has a significant positive effect on the image of the institution at the Wakatobi District Hospital. The calculated T-value of 1.727 is greater than the T-table of 1.668. 4) Patient Satisfaction as an intervening variable has a dominant influence on Service Quality and Institutional Image at the Wakatobi District Regional Hospital.
