Abstract

Prisons are closed places with high occupancy rates and are very vulnerable to the spread of Global Pandemic, so a policy from the government is needed to prevent the spread of Global Pandemic in the prison environment..This study uses a normative juridical approach and an empirical juridical approach. Collecting data by field studies and literature studies. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative juridical manner, namely the analysis was carried out descriptively. Research results discussImplementing prison authoritiesis a Class I prison policy in Bandar Lampung which applies visitation restrictions for inmates in the form of online visits via Whatsapp media based on the instructions of the Director General of Corrections Number: PAS-08.OT.02.02 of 2020 concerning Prevention, Handling, Control and Recovery of Corona Virus Disease (Global Pandemic) at the Correctional Technical Implementation Unit. The inhibiting factor consists of interference with the internet connection at the destination number. is a network problem that is used for online visitation services with the Correctional Database System and does not yet have a special network with the Correctional Database System and the current factor of facilities for video call services is still very lacking, because when conditions are crowded the queues of inmates to be able to use online visit services are sufficient long.

Abstract

        Kehamilan merupakan pertemuan antara sperma dan ovum diikuti dengan nidasi atau implantasi. Sesuai informasi dari WHO, penyebab kematian ibu hamil karena hipertensi mencapai 14% dari keseluruhan kasus kematian ibu hamil. AKI Di Puskesmas Talise Kota Palu pada tahun 2020 adalah disebabkan eklamsia/preeklamsia terdapat 4 kasus (67%). Tujuan penelitian ini mencari apakah ada hubungan antara pengetahuan, usia, dan paritas dengan kejadian hipertensi pada ibu hamil. Rencana yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu analitik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua ibu hamil yang memeriksakan kehamilannya di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Talise. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari 85 responden berdasarkan tingkat pengetahuan, usia dan paritas. Bahwa ibu berpengetahuan baik sebanyak 38 orang (44.7%) dan yang berpengathuan kurang sebanyak 47 orang (55.3%), dan ibu yang berusia 20-35 tahun sebanyak 68 (80%), serta ibu yang berusia <20->35 tahun yaitu 17 orang (20%), sedangkan paritas menunjukan bahwa ibu dengan paritas Primipara sebanyak 27 orang (51.8%), sedangkan ibu dengan Multipara sebanyak 58 orang (68.2%). Dilihat dari hasil tinjauan, ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dan kejadian hipertensi pada ibu hamil, tidak ada hubungan paritas dan kejadian hipertensi pada ibu hamil, dan tidak ada hubungan antara usia dan angka kejadian hipertensi pada ibu hamil.

Abstract

Heart disease is still a threat in Indonesia and even in the world, one of which is congestive heart failure. congestive heart failure is a type of heart failure that requires timely medical attention. Besides that, community service is one of the duties of lecturers in carrying out the Tri dharma of higher education. The purpose of this community service is to increase public knowledge about awareness of the occurrence of congestive heart failure. The counseling method uses Flip chart and Leaflet media. As a result of the service, the community came at the appointed time, listened to the presenters seriously and during the question and answer session, many people asked questions. In the evaluation session, the community can answer according to the material provided. The conclusion of community service activities has been carried out. The community welcomes the Justitia nursing academy very well and it is hoped that the community will be aware of congestive heart failure, and this community service activity can be carried out on a scheduled basis in Enu village, Donggala district.
