Abstract

Industri pertambangan merupakan salah satu sumber devisa negara yang cukup besar dengan cadangan sumber daya yang masih cukup banyak, namun memiliki tantangan fluktuasi harga yang sangat dinamis dimana hal tersebut sangat berpengaruh terhadap investasi infrastruktur operasional pertambangan. Pada tahun 2016-2019 terjadi tren peningkatan investasi infrastruktur dimana >50% dari proyek infrastruktur yang dilaksanakan mengalami keterlambatan. Terdapat enam faktor penyebab keterlambatan yang dilakukan penelitian terhadap 30 responden yang terdiri dari pengawas proyek owner dan juga kontraktor pelaksana di proyek infrastruktur perambangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa, terdapat dua faktor dominan penyebab keterlambatan yaitu buruknya koordinasi antara owner dan kontraktor serta plan yang berubah-ubah menjadi faktor dominan penyebab keterlambatan pada proyek infrastruktur di pertambangan.

Abstract

Roof frames generally use wood as a supporting material. However, the difficulty of obtaining wood material makes the price of wood also increase so that it makes the price of wood more expensive and considered no longer efficient to use, so manufacturers began to think of other alternatives as a substitute for wood that can be used as a strong but cheap roof structure. Mild steel is formed which is considered effective for replacing wood as a roof frame material. The purpose of this paper is to find out how much the cost of making a light steel frame with a wooden frame on a type 156 house that uses SNI analysis with research analysis in the field. The results of the research obtained in this study showed that the roof construction work on the span of a type 156 house using a mild steel frame was obtained for Rp. 18,310,000.00. and Roof Frame Construction using a wooden frame of Rp. 25,950,000.00.

Abstract

The building has various elements such as subgrade, foundation, sloof, beam, column, wall, floor, and roof. In the process of working on building elements, a budget plan (RAB), materials, draft drawings, and human resources are needed. Material is one of the important components in construction projects. The success or failure of a building construction project, one of which is determined by the quality of material management in supporting the success of a project. The research location is in the construction of the temporary waste storage warehouse of PT Ansori Jaya. The research was conducted by analyzing the RAB, Analysis of Unit Price of Work, and Material Purchase Report. Based on the research, class III wood formwork material purchased by the contractor was 46.71 m3 and used as much as 18.18 m3. Class II wood purchased by the contractor was 15, 23 m3, and used as much as 7.32 m3. For Plywood the contractor bought as much as 830 sheets and used as many as 160 sheets. As for galam wood, the contractor bought 608 pcs, and was used entirely. All materials used for floor plate work and 3rd-floor beams.

Abstract

Work accidents are a problem that often occurs in various construction projects, including in workshop construction. To overcome this, implementing Occupational Health and Safety (K3) management is very important. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of K3 management with a focus on the use of the Hazard Analysis and Control Method (Job Safety Analysis) in preventing work accidents in workshop construction projects. The research method used is field research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through direct observation, interviews with workers and project managers, as well as analysis of documents related to K3. The process of implementing JSA is evaluated from the stage of identifying hazards, determining control measures, to implementing preventive measures. The research results show that the implementation of K3 management, especially through the use of the JSA method, has a significant role in reducing the risk of work accidents. Systematic identification of hazards and determination of appropriate control measures and helps increase awareness of potential risks in the workplace. Apart from that, this research makes an important contribution in strengthening understanding of the importance of implementing K3 management in the construction industry, especially in the installation of erections for workshop construction. Recommendations are provided to continue to improve the use of the JSA method and to achieve a safer and more productive work environment.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di bidang konstruksi telah mendorong penggunaan metode digital dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan proyek, salah satunya melalui Building Information Modelling (BIM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan BIM dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Tekla Structures dalam proses estimasi volume pekerjaan struktur baja pada Proyek Pembangunan Jembatan Kimi di Kabupaten Nabire, Provinsi Papua Tengah dengan type jembatan TRUSS A-80M. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data lapangan, gambar teknis, dan spesifikasi material, yang kemudian dimodelkan secara digital dalam lingkungan BIM menggunakan Tekla Structures. Pemilihan metode ini dilatar belakangi karena sering terjadinya kesalahan dalam proses perhitungan yang dilakukan secara manual dalam menghitung volume struktur tersebut. Pada penelitian kali ini jika kita bandingkan dengan tonase yang di tetapkan oleh data PU 282.370 Kg Sedangkan Volume Jembatan setelah di gambar melalui Tekla structure yaitu 224.859,84 Kg. Dalam perbandingan antara kedua volume tersebut ialah 57.510,16 Kg atau 57,510 Ton. Jadi hasil perbandingan volume perhitungan manual dengan menggunakan Tekla sebesar 20,36%.
