Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya mendeskrispikan model sosialisasi Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional II dalam melakukan negosiasi lahan untuk pembangunan Underpass di Jalan Brigjen Katamso Medan. Tujuan penelitina ini sebagai edukasi kepada pembaca. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini dilihat dari sisi internal dan eksternal yaitu sebagai berikut:  Pertama, komunikasi pemetaan luas lahan dan ganti rugi oleh  tim negosiator di lapangan agar dapat mengetahui lahan-lahan masyarakat yang akan dibebaskan.  Kedua, sosialisasi terkait pembelian lahan dan ganti rugi bangunan masyarakat., ketiga melakukan sosialisasi dengan-cara yang persauasif dan humanis.

Abstract

This study describes the efforts of the head of the madrasa in maintaining the quality of teacher work during the COVID-19 pandemic at the private preparatory madrasah aliyah in Besitang. The purpose of this research is to educate teachers so that they always evaluate the quality of teacher work so that the quality of work quality remains optimal in the mass of the Covid 19 outbreak. This research is a type of qualitative research that seeks to explain social phenomena that are developing in the current mass. The data collection techniques he did were observation and unstructured interviews and then the data were analyzed objectively and then described scientifically by following the procedures for writing scientific papers. using digital technology. Give the task to the teacher to deliver material to students in accordance with the instructions that have been set by the government. The principal of the madrasa conducts periodic supervision by monitoring learning activities online and monitoring the list of student assessments in accordance with student competence. The head of the madrasa seeks to improve coordination with parents of students related to the implementation of student learning activities while at home. The head of the madrasa continues to conduct training for madrasa teachers so that madrasa teachers understand the procedures for making lesson plans and learning models by utilizing digital technology

Abstract

Laporan pelaksanaan komunikasi Komisi Pemilihan Umum dalam meningkatkan antusias masyarakat pada pemilihan Gubernur Sumut bertujuan agar pembaca teredukasi oleh penelitian ini dan Komisi Pemilihan Umum dapat melakukan pembenahan secara terstruktur dan terukur. Komunikasi Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Langkat beralamat dijalan Imam Bonjol No.66 Kwala Bingai Stabat, penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan dimulai usulan, pelaksanaan penelitian hingga pelaporan. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh yaitu: Pertama, sosialisasi kepada Calon Pemilih Pemula pada siswa/i SMA/SMK/MA. Kedua, komunikasi Komisi Pemilihan Umumpada masyarakat petani dan nelayan. Ketiga, sosialisasi Komisi Pemilihan Umum kepada Organisasi Masyarakat (Ormas) setempat.Keempat, sosialisasi dengan menggunakan alat peraga. Hambatan komunikasi Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Langkat ialah pertama,anggaran kegiatan sosialisi yang terbatas. Kedua, jumlah petugas yang terbatas sehingga tidak mampu memberikan sosialisasi pemilihan gubernur di seluruh pelosok desa di Kabupaten Langkat secara optimal.Kata Kunci: Sosialisasi; Komisi Pemilihan Umum, Antusias; Pemilihan; Gubernur

Abstract

This study describes the teacher's strategy to strengthen the ability to read the Koran to students in public schools. In accordance with the desired focus, the answer was found through research, a qualitative approach to the research subject was used as class V students and research informants were PAI teachers and schools. Data obtained through interview and observation techniques so that the following conclusions are obtained: The role that has been done by the PAI teacher is very helpful for students in learning to read the Qur'an. The PAI teacher has succeeded in helping students from those who do not understand or even do not know the letters of Hijayyah to understand and begin to recognize the hijayyah letters even though there are obstacles that arise from within the students and the fossility possessed by the school. The obstacle is, the room facility is still very simple
