Abstract

With the increasing use of information technology in various fields, including e-commerce, ensuring user data and privacy protection is crucial for companies like Tokopedia, one of the largest e-commerce companies in Indonesia. This research aims to identify Tokopedia's security management system and its challenges in protecting user data and privacy. The study utilizes a literature review methodology, analyzing various documents, books, and journals related to Tokopedia's security management system. The research objectives are to understand the system's effectiveness, challenges, and Tokopedia's efforts to improve data and privacy protection. Tokopedia has prioritized information security since its establishment, implementing tight security measures, and continuously improving them. Tokopedia Shield, a security feature introduced in 2015, has significantly reduced fraud risk in the platform. Additionally, the company has taken several steps to secure user data, such as data encryption, access restriction, and password quality enhancement. Tokopedia continuously develops its security system, incorporating the latest technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data Analytics to detect potential threats early and improve the security system's responsiveness.

Abstract

Dalam era bisnis yang kompetitif, kinerja organisasi menjadi krusial untuk keberlanjutan dan relevansi. Artikel ini mendalami peran kepemimpinan dan komunikasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan, tidak hanya sebagai posisi, melibatkan kemampuan untuk memotivasi dan membimbing karyawan, memengaruhi motivasi dan kinerja. Kajian teori mengidentifikasi gaya kepemimpinan, seperti transformasional dan transaksional, memainkan peran kunci dalam membentuk lingkungan kerja yang positif. Komunikasi efektif, sebagai fondasi hubungan antara pemimpin dan karyawan, mencakup penyampaian informasi, mendengarkan dengan empati, dan memastikan pemahaman yang sama. Komunikasi yang baik menciptakan lingkungan kerja kolaboratif, mendukung visi organisasi, dan meningkatkan kinerja. Tantangan, seperti resistensi perubahan, menunjukkan perlunya penelitian dan pengembangan terus-menerus untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan dan komunikasi. Pemahaman mendalam terhadap dinamika ini mendukung pengembangan strategi yang adaptif dan efektif, mendukung organisasi dalam lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of workload and work culture on employee job satisfaction at PT Erima Baja Jaya. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The analytical tool used is SEM SmartPLS 3.0. The data used in this research is primary data, obtained from a questionnaire created via Google Forms and distributed to employees of PT Erima Baja Jaya. The population in this study was 91 people with a sample of 40 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The tests carried out in this research were reliability, validity, t test and f test. The results of this research are: 1) Workload has no positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Erima Baja Jaya and 2) Work culture has no positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Erima Baja Jaya.
