Abstract

Digital Business is one of the subjects in the marketing skills program. This subject contains the competencies used for a career in today's industrial world, whether working for another party, being an independent entrepreneur, or as a provision for continuing education according to one's vocation. Apart from that, this subject contributes to supporting the competencies of graduates who will have careers in the fields of digital entrepreneur, content writer, social media specialist, digital marketing, merchandising staff, online customer service, and purchasing staff. To support this career, students must be competent in the fields of business economics and general administration, marketing, business planning, business communication, digital branding, digital onboarding, digital marketing, and digital operations. Learning can use various approaches, strategies, models and methods that are in accordance with the characteristics of the competencies that must be learned so that it can create learning that is interactive, inspiring, fun, challenging, motivates students to participate actively, and provides sufficient space for initiative, creativity, independence in accordance with students' talents, interests, passions, and physical and psychological development. Creating an online shop is one activity that can help develop students' creativity in exploring digital business. To create an online shop, there are several applications that can be easily used, including using a blog, using an e-commerce application, or creating your own online shop website and Google Sites. In community service activities at SMK Letris Indonesia 2, students will be trained to create an online shop using Google Sites. This is motivated by market potential and e-commerce growth, market gaps or specific customer needs, student skills development, technological innovation, growth of small and medium businesses and increased access to education and training. Google Sites is a service from Google that allows users to easily create websites without requiring complex coding or web design skills. Google Sites is designed to be an easy-to-use platform, making it suitable for beginners and users with no web design experience. Google Sites is integrated with various other Google services, such as Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Google Forms. It facilitates collaboration, easy content management, automatic updates, available templates and is free for google users. The ultimate goal of creating an online shop with Google Sites will help students to improve their competence in digital business and build an entrepreneurial attitude. In conclusion, community service in creating an online shop with Google Sites helps in building an entrepreneurial attitude to increase competence in digital business, but participants still need development, especially those related to important factors in creating a website.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and graphic design platforms such as Canva have become important elements in promotional strategies for e-commerce businesses in today's digital age. This community service aims to enable SMK Bina Harapan Ciseeng Bogor students to use AI and Canva technology to increase promotion in the e-commerce sector. The method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and observations as data collection methods. The results show that there is still a need for an understanding of AI and the use of graphic design platforms. This community service integrates AI and Canva into the learning process for students specializing in retail business at SMK Bina Harapan Ciseeng Bogor for promotional purposes. With individual expertise and collective creativity, more effective and innovative promotional materials can be produced. Through this community service, it can help students prepare for the challenges of an increasingly digitally connected world of work. In addition, by addressing ethical and privacy concerns, schools can ensure that this technology is responsible and sustainable. Community service can provide significant benefits to participating students using AI and Canva for e-commerce promotion. Through this community service, students can produce promotions through videos. The conclusion from this community service is that SMK Bina Harapan Ciseeng Bogor still needs to increase training in the use of the currently developing AI technology and understanding of ethics and privacy policies so that students can develop a full understanding of the ethical implications of using this technology.

Abstract

The design of a Web-based scheduling application using the ant algorithm is able to provide an alternative solution for preparing schedules that want a certain time optimally. In this research, the method used is the system development life cycle method (the waterfall paradigm). This method consists of various stages, namely needs analysis, system design, and program writing. From the results of the analysis, it was found: The application of a web-based scheduling application using the ant algorithm, can help prepare schedules quickly and easily while avoiding clashes in scheduling. On the other hand, the process of preparing a schedule using the ant algorithm method can shorten the processing time.

Abstract

Many vocational high school students do not yet possess the proficiency to manage and analyze data optimally. This is due to a lack of understanding of software applications such as Microsoft Excel, which are very useful in business operations. Therefore, this community service activity aims to enhance students' competence in using Excel as a tool for analyzing business data at SMK Letris Indonesia 2. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through interviews with teachers at the school. This research was conducted based on direct practice (hands-on training) regarding the use of Excel, starting from basic functions to advanced features such as pivot tables, conditional formatting, and logic and statistical functions. This research is adjusted to the needs of the business and industrial world (DUDI) so that students can understand the application of Excel in the real world. This activity is in line with the spirit of Merdeka Belajar and the implementation of a project-based curriculum, which emphasizes the importance of mastering practical skills in addition to theoretical understanding. As a result, students can adapt to technological developments and innovate in the business field. In conclusion, training is still needed so that students can improve and develop their abilities

Abstract

Implementation of the Covid-19 protocol, checking body temperature manually using a thermo gun or thermal scanner can cause long queues and crowds. In addition, checking body temperature in this way can endanger officers because there is still a possibility that one of the people having their temperature checked will carry Covid-19. The automatic doorstop prototype using a temperature sensor is an innovation where the doorstop has a MLX90164 non-contact temperature sensor which can carry out temperature readings for everyone who wants to enter the school area. The tool can read the body temperature of someone who is in front of the sensor. This tool is also equipped with an automatic hand sanitizer so that it can keep everyone who wants to enter the school area clean and sterile. With a few modifications, this automatic doorstop using a temperature sensor can be applied to school areas throughout Indonesia to implement the Covid-19 health protocol more effectively.

Abstract

Pet welfare is a human right that belongs to the animal itself. However, this does not get enough attention from the public or pet owners. Judging from the owner's lack of knowledge of the pets they own and the lack of facilities that support the welfare of the pets themselves. For example, feeding pets that are not on time. Eating is an important process for the body, by eating the body will get the nutrients as well as the energy needed to sustain life. Not only humans. Animals also really need nutrition from their food, especially pets. Based on these problems, more efficient facilities are needed to overcome them, such as animal feeders that can run automatically with the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller which is connected via the Telegram application on a smartphone and food dispensing is operated via a servo motor to open and close the food storage area.
