Abstract

The concept of patient safety has been developed due to the increased incidence of medical error in Indonesia.Although incidents related to patient safety occurs in health servicessuch as the Independent Practice ofMidwifery or BidanPraktikMandiri(BPM), it has not received enough attention from the stakeholders. Thisresearch discusses the implementationof Patient Safety Model atthe Independent Practice of MidwiferyinBogor District, West Java Province. The research was conducted with mixed method approach, using threewayphase. The first phase is the construction on patient safety goals in BPM by doing focus group discussionon 3 groups and 2 in-depth interviews with 2 informants. The second phase is the model development inthe form of validation based on findings in the first phase. Additionally, phase 2 is done by using crosssectionaldesign of 90 midwives and SEM analysis using PLS. The third phase is conducting a quantitativeevaluation model with pre and post design at 30 BPM which have had training on Patient Safety Model. Thefindings show allvariables (patient safety goals, knowledge, attitudes, motivations, and behaviors related tothe patient safety) are valid in shaping Patient Safety Model. The results on Model application evaluation(phase 3) indicate that the model effective in increasing knowledge (p 0.000), attitude (p 0.000), motivation(p 0.000) and behavior (p 0.001) on patient safety in BPM.

Abstract

This study is a survey research. The aims are to find and analyze empirically the effects of vocabulary and grammar mastery toward students’s English writing skill. The population are students of Pamulang University, Tangerang, with the result that 60 respondents used as sample in this research. The research sample were obtained from simple random sampling method, that is the researcher mixing the subjects in the population so that all subjects are considered equal. The research design used by correlation techniques with three variables consisting of two independent variables, that is vocabulary and grammar mastery, and one dependent variable, that is English writing skill. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire and then taking the score. The collected data then analyzed by using correlation and multiple linear regression technic. Before the data is analyzed, firstly test the data requirements (normality and linearity tests), and descriptive statistical analysis. The research result showed that: 1). Found the significant influence of vocabulary and grammar mastery concurrently toward students’s English writing skill, where Fhitung= 163,056 > Ftable = 3, 16 and Sig = 0,000 < 0,05. 2). Found the significant influence of vocabulary mastery toward students’s English writing skill, where thitung = 5,334 > ttable = 2,00 and Sig = 0, 000, and 3). Found the significant influence of grammar mastery toward students’s writing skill, where thitung = 4,889 and Sig = 0,000. It means that students’s writing skill were affected by vocabulary and grammar mastery.

Abstract

SARI Literature is art of written works used to describe written or spoken material or anything from creative writing to more technical or scientific works. Literature is beautiful works. Everyone can explore their imaginations, emotional, experiences, and ideas or whatever they feel or think by using poems, lyrics, fiction and nonfiction works, films or drama. The writer chooses poem as object of analysis. Because Poem is not only different than other types of literary works, but poem also has characteristic which makes poem different than ordinary speech or writing. The rhythm is unique, and there is beauty in it. Poem is one of art of written works in verse used to describe poet’s soul experiences, ideas or thoughts of the author.This analysis focus on poems by William Blake; ‘Ah sun flower’,’The Sick Rose’, ‘A Poison Tree’,’The Lamb’, and “London”. From five of those poems focus on the interinsic elements of poems,they are; diction,figure of speech. for advancing analysis writer  uses a qualitative approach as a research metodology. While for analysing the three things, the writer uses a descriptive approach that reveals the themes of the five poems. The result of the analysis are; First,In analysing the dicition, the writer finds that the diction contains two meanings,they are connotation dan denotation meanings. Second, in analysing the figure of speech,the writer finds metaphor,personification,and hyperbola meanings. Then the third, in anaylising the theme the writer finds ; the theme of “Ah sun flower” is about death but is not the bad side of death, and the theme of "The Sick Rose" is about a girl who is seriously ill of an illness, then The theme of  "A poison Tree" about the bad side of  human nature: anger and desire to win over his enemies.,while The theme of  "The Lamb" is about religion, namely; the greatness of God, His creations, and His tenderness, the last one is theme of  "London" that is  about the people of London who experienced injustice from the government throughout Blake's life. Key words: Qualitative approach, descriptive approach, interinsic elements of poems

Abstract

Aplikasi merupakan suatu program komputer yang dibuat untuk mengerjakan dan melaksanakan tugas khusus dari user. Program komputer berupa aplikasi dapat digunakan pada berbagai bidang kehidupan, terutama yang berkaitan dengan fasilitas teknologi android. Program aplikasi dapat diterapkan dalam dunia pendidikan terhadap objek pembelajaran siswa secara praktis, dan mudah digunakan dimanapun. Sebagai contoh pada mata pelajaran matematika, yaitu ilmu yang banyak diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu inovasi dalam pembelajaran dan strategi pembelajaran matematika perlu dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini membuat suatu Aplikasi Pembelajaran Matematika yang mampu melatih pengetahuan, keterampilan dan ketepatan dengan cara yang lebih menarik dengan sistem berbasis android. Aplikasi dibuat dengan Metode SDLC (Sistem Development Life Cycle) yaitu Metode yang memaparkan siklus hidup pengembangan sistem informasi. Hasil perancangan aplikasi Pembelajaran Matematika kelas VI SD meliputi : cara penyelesaian soal atau contoh soal, (Bilangan bulat, satuan debit, menghitung luas dan volume, pecahan, pengolahan data, dan sistem koordinat), latihan soal, penggunaan aplikasi, informasi tentang aplikasi pembelajaran matematika dan menu keluar, fasilitas yang ada merupakan hal yang sangat membantu dalam dalam pembelajaran. Dengan adanya unsur Android dalam aplikasi pembelajaran ini membuat siswa kelas 6 SDN Cimone 1 Tangerang lebih berminat dalam mempelajari matematika. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi belajar matematika kelas 6 berbasis android Kata Kunci : Berbasis android, matematika, SDLC, kelas VI SD, aplikasi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis preferensi konsumen untuk atribut keripik talasbeneng. Atribut yang digunakan adalah warna, rasa, kerenyahan dari jenis keempat keripik talasbeneng yaitu original, barbeque, jagung bakar dan balado. Metode yang digunakan adalah surveydengan organoleptik. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan datasekunder. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Multidemensional Scalling (MDS). Berdasarkan hasilanalisis dengan menggunakan Multidimensional Scalling menunjukkan bahwa keripik talas benengdalam jenis asli dan jagung bakar memiliki preferensi yang tinggi dibandingkan dengan jenis lainnya.Keripik dari talas beneng tipe asli memiliki preferensi tinggi untuk rasa dan warna atribut, sedangkankeripik talas beneng taro jenis jagung bakar memiliki preferensi tinggi untuk atribut warna.

Abstract

Sumedang Tofu is one of the special food Sumedang city is starting cultivated in various citiesparticular region. This study aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty tothe attribute level the top Sumedang tofu. Attributes analyzed are taste, color, aroma, and texture. Thisstudy uses survey methods, site selection purposively selected with the consideration that the shop topSumedang tofu producer strategic places of business. The selection of respondents using accidentalsampling method by the number of respondents was 100 respondents. Acquisition of data derived fromprimary data and secondary data. Analysis tool is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), CustomerPerformance Analysis (CSI) and pyramid loyalty. Importance Performance Analysis Based on theanalysis, attributes that should be maintained is the taste and texture, while the attributes in terms ofcolor and aroma should be further enhanced performance. Based on the analysis of CSI, store of toptofu Sumedang able to satisfy customers by 95.53%. The results showed that consumer loyaltypyramids that reach the highest levels is Satisfied Buyer with a percentage of 87%. The value of eachlevel of the Buyer Price by 58%, Liking the brand by 62%, 53% Habitual Buyer and Buyer Commitedby 28%. Overall respondents were satisfied and loyal with the attributes provided by the shop topSumedang tofu, it is evidenced by CSI and satisfied buyers value high.

Abstract

Door security system wherever needed, because to protect the parts that are stored, whether in housing, warehousing, offices, or in the industrial world. Security system currently developing digitally based is by using the Internet of Things (IoT) system. Microcontrollers, HC05 Bluetooth modules and RFID modules based IoT make it possible to be a door guard. The current problem is that even though the door is locked, it still occurs theft, and assume that the cost of making security is too expensive. Solution to the problem it is making RFID and Bluetooth-based door security control prototypes with the IoT system. The purpose of this study is to make a prototype of door security control devices based RFID and Bluetooth with an IoT system. For access to the door using an ID card and Smartphone. The method used is laboratory experiments. This research produces a prototypes of door security control devices versatile based IoT RFID and Bluetooth, at a cost cheap, economical, and effective to use.    Keywords: Arduino, HC05, RFID, Servo Motor, LCD

Abstract

In implementing the distribution of covid 19 social assistance, the village government experienced many difficulties and protests from the community, in conducting data collection, the local RT still used the conventional system. The research objective was to find out the covid 19 social assistance system in Tapos village and the problems faced in its application. Data collection methods using observation techniques, library research and interviews. System base methodology uses the SWOT technique (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats). The design methodology used is the UML (Unified Modeling Language) analysis approach, and the system development method uses a waterfall which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, and operation and maintenance. Keywords: Feasibility of social assistance, Covid 19, SWOT, UML, Waterfall  (Dalam pelaksanaan penyaluran bantuan sosial covid 19 pemerintah desa mengalami banyak kesulitan dan protes dari masyarakat, dalam melakukan pendataan yang dilakukan pihak RT setempat masih menggunakan sistem konvensional. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui sistem bantuan sosial covid 19 di desa tapos dan masalah yang dihadapi dalam penerapannya. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pengamatan, penelitian perpustakaan dan wawancara. Metodologi alasisis sistem menggunakan teknik SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities dan Threats). Metodologi perancangan yang digunakan yaitu dengan pendekatan analisa UML (Unified Modeling Languange), dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall yang terdiri dari analisa kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, dan operation and maintenance.  Kata Kunci: Kelayakan bantuan sosial, Covid 19, SWOT, UML, Waterfall)

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi IT di dunia retail sangat berkembang pesat bahkan sudah menjadi salah satu trend dan terbukti berperan dalam berbagai kegiatan, sehingga mendukung kinerja peningkatan efisiensi, efektifitas, dan produktivitas bagi berbagai instansi, baik instansi pemerintahan negeri, swasta maupun perorangan. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penulisan ini adalah menghasilkan aplikasi perancangan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk pemesanan, pembatalan, dan penjadwalan penggunaan pelatih olahraga, serta dapat memberikan informasi pemesanan pelatih olahraga, dan penjadwalan, sehingga mempermudah pelanggan untuk pemesanan pelatih olahraga. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Program Hypertext Preprocessor) dan MySql sebagai database. Informasi dapat diketahui dan diakses dengan cepat melalui seperangkat teknologi internet, baik melalui laptop maupun melalui hand phone. Salah satu perusahaaan yang menggunakan sistem ini adalah PT. Fit and Health Indonesia. Pengolahan data dengan sistem informasi ini lebih mudah dan aman serta efektif dalam penanganannya guna memperoleh hasil yang maksimal. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu program sistem informasi yang memudahkan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan PT. Fit and Health Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Pemesanan Pelatih Olahraga, PHP, dan MySql.

Abstract

Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) is a system equipment that can adjust the change of supply of electrical power supply from the main power source from PLN to a backup power source or generator that works automatically with controlling time settings. PLC is used as an ATS system control switch that works automatically and manually in managing the operating time of each generator unit in an effort to supply the load. Where the controller from the PLC works according to the instructions made by the designer in the form of language ladder diagram programming so that the PLN transfer operation time is set during a power outage to the generator can be determined flexibly as desired. The application of PLC-based Automatic Transfer Switch system controller is applied to small scale loads, namely household load with 1 phase voltage capacity from each power source.
