Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of the 7P marketing mix on BUMN and private banks in terms of sustainability marketing. The 7P Blend is a marketing blend idea that considers things beyond the product. It is expected that green marketing can enhance environmental concern in all aspects of business. The study involved 101 service users from both banks, selected through Google Forms, and processed using SEM-PLS instruments. The results show that location and price influence long-term marketing. These results may indicate that banking services should take into account customer needs for close service locations, affordable prices, and consistent service. It is expected that this will increase customer satisfaction and their loyalty to banking services, so customers will use the services to meet their needs in the long term.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menyelidiki pengaruh iklim organisasi, interaksi psikososial, dan karakteristik individu terhadap Work Organization and Job Content pada lingkungan kerja Bank Syariah Indonesia area Lhokseumawe propinsi Aceh. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari 172 orang responden menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online melalui google form. Metode PLS-SEM diterapkan pada penelitian ini dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Smart-PLS versi 3. Tahap analisis data penelitian terdiri dari dua langkah yaitu analisa model pengukuran dan model struktural. untuk mengolah data penelitian dan menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisa awal terhadap model pengukuran mengungkapkan bahwa seluruh jawaban responden pada masing-masing item pertanyaan untuk setiap dimensi pada model penelitian valid dan handal. Selanjutnya hasil analisa model struktural menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi, interaksi sosial dan karakteristik individu memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organisasi kerja dan konten pekerjaan. Temuan ini menggambarkan bahwa iklim kerja organisasi yang menerapkan prinsip-prinsip syariah, interaksi sosial yang terbentuk dari sistem kerja berlandaskan hukum Islam, serta karakteristik individu yang konsisten dalam mengaplikasikan budaya perilaku sesuai syariat Islam memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap dinamika organisasi kerja dan konten pekerjaan pada Bank Syariah Indonesia area Lhokseumawe propinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini memberi implikasi terhadap pembentukan iklim organisasi yang sesuai kaidah dan prinsip-prinsip Syariah, terciptanya interaksi sosial dalam lingkungan organisasi yang lebih harmonis, serta pengembangan karakteristik individu yang lebih kompeten dan profesional pada Bank Syariah Indonesia area Lhokseumawe propinsi Aceh. Abstract

Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) is an management approach that pursues to integrate environmental perspective into conventional human resource activities. This approach is characterized by a systematic and scheduled synchronization with the organization’s environmental priorities, which is viewed as providing a balanced perspective that aligns employees with the organization’s environmental policy. Introducing, enforcing, and embracing systemic changes among employees is one of the most important GHRM objectives, as green-based activities are frequently difficult to implement. GHRM practices serve a crucial role in the context of organizational sustainable development in achieving sustainability objectives. Prior research has evaluated GHRM as a unidimensional or second-order construct consisting of three or four dimensions. However, the current study extends previous research by identifying six categories of GHRM practices and empirically evaluating the impact of each of these elements on corporate sustainability. The study collected data from 347 HR directors working in Indonesian organizations and analyzed the data using SmartPLS 3.2.8. The findings revealed that three out of the six GHRM activities were significantly related to organizational sustainability performance. The study offers theoretical and practical implications for potential researchers and HR managers, particularly in the Indonesian context.
