Abstract

Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) Kota Malang memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan atlet, namun sering kali menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam pengelolaan data seperti pencatatan manual, duplikasi data, dan kesulitan dalam analisis performa atlet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Atlet KONI Kota Malang sebagai solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut. Metode waterfall diterapkan dalam pengembangan sistem berbasis web, melibatkan langkah-langkah analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, penulisan kode program, pengujian aplikasi, serta penerapan dan pemeliharaan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data melalui standarisasi informasi dan transparansi yang lebih baik. Sistem ini mengatasi masalah seperti duplikasi data dan inkonsistensi informasi, serta mempermudah pelacakan perkembangan atlet. Fitur-fitur seperti dashboard informatif dan pelaporan otomatis memberikan dukungan signifikan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik. Dengan penerapan sistem ini, KONI Kota Malang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan data dan mendukung pengembangan prestasi atlet secara lebih efektif. Kesimpulannya, sistem ini telah berhasil menjawab berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi dan memberikan kontribusi positif dala pengelolaan dan pengembangan atlet. Metode black-box testing digunakan pada pengujian validasi dengan hasil pengujian 100% valid. Pengujian non-fungsional dilakukan dengan menguji kebutuhan compatibility menggunakan alat pengujian bernama sortSite pada browser Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera, dan Chrome dengan hasil 100% valid.

Abstract

PT. DALWA ANUGRAHHASANIAH, a company that produces Packaged Drinking Water (AMDK) using ozone technology, this company also produces various sizes of glasses, bottles, and uses two types of raw materials - mineral water and demineralized water. This study aims to ensure that the AMDK production process does not experience defects. In an effort to reduce product defects, the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method is used. FMEA is a proactive risk management method used to identify potential failures in a system, design, process, or service before it reaches the consumer. The goal is to prevent failure, maintain product quality, and reduce associated costs. The Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method is detailed, focusing on identifying failure modes, effects, causes, severity, occurrence, detection, and risk prioritization. Successful FMEA implementation is defined by a 30%-50% reduction in the new RPN value compared to the initial RPN value.

Abstract

The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector is very important to the Indonesian economy. However,many MSMEs still face challenges, especially in the areas of digital literacy and business law. Many business owners lack official documentation due toa lack of understanding about the importance of the Business Identification Number (NIB), whileMSME products struggle to compete in the market due to a lack of expertise inutilizing digital technology. Students from UIN Salatiga implemented an NIB outreach programand computer literacy improvement program in Jetis Village, Bandungan District,Bandungan, Semarang Regency, as part of the Community Service Program(PPM). Through direct mentoring, observation, and interviews, this research used qualitative methodology with a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The results of the activity show that MSMEs have begun touse digital platforms to help market their products and are increasingly aware of theimportance of the Business Identification Number (NIB) and the steps required toobtain it through the OSS system. In addition, several entrepreneurs whoreceived assistance from students successfully obtained their NIB. Throughthe formation of small support groups, this activity increased social solidarityamong MSMEs while also enhancing individual capacity. Thus, this programpromoted community economic independence and increased the competitiveness of MSMEs in Jetis Village.
