Abstract

Dalam industri minuman, analisis penjualan menjadi salah satu faktor kunci untuk keberhasilan bisnis. Dalam konteks ini, analisis dataset penjualan teh dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi perusahaan teh dalam hal pengambilan keputusan strategis. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma linear regresi untuk menganalisis dataset penjualan teh dan mengidentifikasi pola dan tren yang terkait dengan penjualan. Masalah yang dihadapi dalam analisis dataset penjualan teh adalah menemukan hubungan antara variabel penjualan dengan variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhinya, seperti harga, promosi, cuaca, dan sebagainya. Selain itu, juga perlu memahami apakah faktor-faktor ini secara signifikan berdampak pada penjualan teh dan sejauh mana dampak tersebut.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dataset penjualan teh menggunakan algoritma linear regresi guna menemukan hubungan antara variabel penjualan dengan variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhinya. Selain itu, peneliti bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang signifikan dalam memprediksi penjualan teh dan memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi perusahaan teh. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode algoritma linear regresi. mengumpulkan dataset penjualan teh yang mencakup variabel-variabel seperti harga teh, promosi, cuaca, dan penjualan harian

Abstract

Setelah melakukan analisis eksplorasi data dan pra-pemrosesan, kami menerapkan model linear regresi untuk menemukan hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. peneliti juga melakukan evaluasi model untuk memeriksa keakuratan dan kecocokannya dengan data. Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara variabel penjualan teh dengan faktor-faktor seperti harga teh dan promosi. Dengan adanya penurunan harga teh dan peningkatan promosi berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Namun, faktor cuaca tidak terbukti memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada penjualan teh dalam dataset Model linear regresi yang kami terapkan juga menunjukkan tingkat keakuratan yang baik dalam memprediksi penjualan teh berdasarkan variabel-variabel yang dianalisis.

Abstract

Air Mineral dalam kemasan merupakan air yang mengandung bahan-bahan larut lain dan memberi nilai-nilai lain yang di kemas dalam bentuk ekonomis dan menarik. Semakin berkembangnya persaingan semakin banyak pula Merk Air Mineral di pasaran. Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis strategi menggunakan metode Markov chain dan game theory. Metode ini dapat menemukan strategi yang kompetitif sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan dan menemukan strategi baru untuk bertahan di pasar. Terdapat empat merk yang digunakan untuk membangun matriks matriks dan game theory.Dari hasil analisis Markov Chain maka di temukan bahwa rata-rata waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk state A (Aqua) berpindah ke state L (Le Mineral) adalah sebesar 8 periode (bulan), dan rata-rata waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk state C (Club) berpindah ke state L (Le Mineral ) adalah sebesar dua periode (bulan). Dan untuk hasil Game Theory perbandingan Aqua vs Nestle Di peroleh strategi optimal bagi Aqua, yaitu Strategi X2 (Desain) dan Strategi X4 (warna) dengan besar permainan (value of games) sebesar -11 yang artinya keuntugan terbesar bagi Aqua adalah -11 sedangkan bagi Nestle Di peroleh strategi optimal, yaitu Strategi Y2 (Desain) dan Strategi Y4 (warna) dengan besar permainan (value of games) sebesar -11 yaitu kerugian terkecil bagi nestle adalah -11. Untuk perbandingan Aqua vs Le Mineral di peroleh strategi optimal yaitu 24 dengan menggunakan streategi murni yang artinya keuntungan terbesar bagi Aqua adalah 24 dan kerugian terkecil bagi nestle adalah 24.

Abstract

PT. DALWA ANUGRAHHASANIAH, a company that produces Packaged Drinking Water (AMDK) using ozone technology, this company also produces various sizes of glasses, bottles, and uses two types of raw materials - mineral water and demineralized water. This study aims to ensure that the AMDK production process does not experience defects. In an effort to reduce product defects, the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method is used. FMEA is a proactive risk management method used to identify potential failures in a system, design, process, or service before it reaches the consumer. The goal is to prevent failure, maintain product quality, and reduce associated costs. The Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method is detailed, focusing on identifying failure modes, effects, causes, severity, occurrence, detection, and risk prioritization. Successful FMEA implementation is defined by a 30%-50% reduction in the new RPN value compared to the initial RPN value.

Abstract

UD Jamur Tiram is a business engaged in the cultivation and sale of oyster mushrooms. This company was established to meet the increasing market demand for oyster mushrooms and to empower the local community through business opportunities and job creation.The current problem faced by the company is frequent damage to the roller and cylinder of the baglog machine. This is caused by several factors, one of which is the lack of machine maintenance, and the materials used for making the oyster mushroom baglogs are not functioning optimally. Therefore, in addressing this issue, UD. Jamur Tiram aims to improve the effectiveness of the baglog press machine to ensure that it can meet all consumer demands by improving its production rate so that it is not hindered or halted.To enhance the effectiveness of the machine, research was conducted using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. The results of this study indicate that the average effectiveness value of the baglog press machine at the beginning of December-January 2025 is 92,75%. This shows that the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) percentage  meet the standard of 85%.

Abstract

To improve the quality of service towards customer satisfaction at CV.Budidaya Jamur Sejati using the SERVQUAL method. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to customers to measure their perceptions and expectations of the five dimensions of service quality, namely Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The results of the analysis showed that there was a negative gap in all dimensions of SERVQUAL, indicating that the service provided had not fully met customer expectations. The Assurance dimension showed the largest gap, indicating a need for improvement in the aspect of guaranteeing professionalism and staff skills. While the Tangibles dimension had the smallest gap, but still required attention. It can be concluded that it is necessary to improve employee competence, accelerate physical facility repair services, increase empathy towards customers, and conduct periodic evaluations to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen the position of CV.Budidaya Jamur Sejati in the mushroom cultivation industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

Risk management at CV Budidaya Jamur Sejati is very important to avoid defects in mushroom cultivation caused by failures in the cultivation system. Risk analysis is also important to avoid failures that may occur in the oyster mushroom cultivation system. In this study, the integrated FMEA method was used to analyze the oyster mushroom cultivation process at CV Budidaya Jamur Sejati During the period from December to January 2025, CV Budidaya Jamur Sejati experienced cultivation failure at the maintenance stage, producing 5kg to 7kg of mushrooms. CV Budidaya Jamur Sejati does not yet know the types of risks faced in the mushroom maintenance process. FMEA is applied to the mushroom process to identify the main failure risks and sort all risks related to potential cultivation failures. There are 7 root causes of failure identified in the cultivation process. The results obtained from the application of the FMEA method indicate that this information can be used as a preventive and corrective step to minimize the failure of the mushroom cultivation process.

Abstract

PT. Dalwa Anugrah Hasaniyah's water production still relies on human power to carry out its production activities. At PT. Dalwa Anugrah Hasaniyah has a section for producing mineral water which is processed manually in a bending and standing position. Activities in the bottle washing section to the machine are (1) inserting labels into bottles, (2) lifting bottles containing water into cartons, and (3) moving cartons containing mineral water to pallets. The activities carried out by workers have a high risk and cause complaints of pain. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to carry out work posture analysis to assess and evaluate worker posture. Based on the results of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, workers experienced complaints in the waist, spine and secondary areas. The REBA assessment results show the first activity with a score of 6, meaning the activity has a moderate risk of musculoskeletal disorders so improvements need to be made as soon as possible. Meanwhile, the second and third activities have scores of 10 and 11 respectively, which means that these two activities have risks that need immediate action for further investigation and changes.

Abstract

This research aims to elucidate trends in research related to mangrove ecosystem services and their industrial applications, which are vital for supporting sustainable development aligned with SDG 13 (Climate Action) and SDG 15 (Life on Land). Through a bibliometric analysis of publications from 2015 to 2025, the study seeks to map the evolution of research, focusing on carbon absorption, coastal protection, and mangrove-based industrial biotechnology. The analysis reveals a marked increase in interest regarding the use of mangroves for climate change mitigation and sustainable industry development. It underscores the necessity for interdisciplinary collaboration to effectively bridge academic research with industrial applications, thereby maximizing the benefits of mangroves. Ultimately, while mangroves possess significant potential to support sustainable development goals, an integrated approach is essential to ensure their sustainable industrial application.
