Abstract

The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia is still relatively high. Hypertension in pregnancy often occurs and is one of the causes of maternal death. The problem in Indonesia is that hypertension in pregnancy is the second highest cause of death after bleeding. The aim of the research is to see the relationship between age, parity, stress, obesity, physical activity and history of hypertension with the incidence of hypertension in pregnant women in the Legonkulon Regency Work Area. This research is in accordance with the road map of the study program and lecturers and is in accordance with the advantages of the PSDKU Subang D3 Midwifery study program. The research method is observational analytics with a case control approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of 60 pregnant women. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire technique, namely collecting data containing demographic data, parity, stress, obesity, physical activity, and history of hypertension, using a list of questions related to research that has been prepared previously and given directly to respondents to be filled in according to the questionnaire instructions or researcher direction. The conclusion of the research was that there was a relationship between parity, stress, obesity, and a history of hypertension with the incidence of hypertension in pregnant women in the Community Health Center Work Area. However, there is no relationship between physical activity of pregnant women and the incidence of hypertension in pregnant women in the Puskesmas Work Area. Output, publication of national journals with ISSN or reputable journals and will produce posters for early detection of hypertension in pregnant women.

Abstract

Mandalahaji Village, located in Pacet Sub-district, lies in the eastern part of Majalaya, Bandung Regency. Based on a preliminary study, the main issue faced by the community is nutrition-related problems. This community service program aims to provide both solutions and education to address these issues, with the goal of controlling the impact and health risks, thereby offering added value to the community. The implementation stages include a preliminary study and site survey, identification of community problems, a pre-implementation phase through network building with partners and stakeholder involvement, implementation of education and community empowerment with local cadres, as well as program evaluation and sustainability management. The results of the program show the delivery of nutrition education and the establishment of a sustainable network of local cadres. This structured community service activity can serve as an alternative solution to the community’s problems through the continuous involvement of stakeholders.

Abstract

In everyday life often found mothers who have not managed to breastfeed their babies or even stop breastfeeding their babies early for various reasons. Even the tendency that has occurred lately the number of mothers who do not want to breastfeed their babies is increasing. The most natural way of breastfeeding is by breastfeeding. One of the successes of breastfeeding is increasing maternal self efficacy. In Puskesmas Pagaden Barat Kabupaten Subang the exclusive coverage of breasfeeeding just 38,7% that is 80%. The purposeof this was to analyze the relationship between husband and family support and sel efficacy ofbreasfeeding mother of baby age 0 – 6 months. This study correlation analytic, design that was cross sectional design.the population is the study were primiparous mothers who had babies 0 – 6 month age. The study sample was 92 people,the sampling technique was stratified random sampling. Statistical analysis used chi square and exact fisher. The results of Fisher exact analysis indicate that the support of the husband with self-efficacy with value p = 0.041 while the support of parents with self-efficacy with value p = 1.0. The conclusion of this study is that the husband has a significant (meaningful) relationship with self efficacy, while parental support does not have a meaningful relationship with self-efficacy. His advice is to provide health education about the importance of self-efficacy to pregnant and lactating mothers.
