Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat sistem monitoring daya pada motor listrik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental yang dilakukan melalui dua tahap yaitu tahap pembuatan serta tahap pengujian. Penelitian dan pernacangan alat dilakukan di laboratorium Politeknik ATI Makassari. Sistem monitoring data motor listrik ini terbaca otomatis pada layer LCD. Sistem ini terdiri dari sensor Arus PZEM-004T, Wemos D1 Mini dan LCD, RTC DS1307 untuk sinkronisasi waktu pada LCD. . Sensor arus PZEM-004T mengukur besaran listrik seperti arus, tegangan dan daya pada motor listrik. Selanjutnya Wemos D1 mini mengolah data hasil pembacaan tersebut serta mengirim dan dan menampilkan data tersebut pada layer LCD.. Sensor PZEM-004T berfungsi untuk mengukur besaran listrik pada motor listrik. Hasil monitoring motor listrik 3 fasa diperoleh persentase kesalahan eror saat pengukuran arus sebesar 10,14%. Pada pengukuran Tegangan diperoleh persentase kesalahan eror sebesar 1,09%. Dan pada pengukuran daya di dapatkan persentase kesalahan eror sebesar 9,58%

Abstract

This research aims to develop System Integration using Siemens S71200 PLC and OMRON CP1L-L20DR-A PLC based on Ethernet and KepServerEx. It is a deductive quantitative research employing an experimental method through several stages, starting from the literature study phase, system requirement analysis phase, and testing phase, both partially and in an integrated manner. The research was conducted at the Control and Automation Laboratory at ATI Makassar Polytechnic, spanning from July to September 2023. It is part of a laboratory research project involving four students as part of their final assignment. Research instruments utilized include Siemens S71200 AC/DC/RLY PLC trainer modules, OMRON CP1L-L20DR-A PLC trainer modules with CP1W CIF41, Switch, and a PC installed with TIA Portal, CX One (including CX Programmer and CX Server), KepServerEx, Aveva Intouch HMI, and Factory I/O applications. The research has successfully developed both in terms of protocol by utilizing advanced tag features in the KepServerEx application and in terms of HMI using Script features in the Aveva Intouch HMI application. Partial testing results regarding network aspects and OPC tag quality showed a 100% connection rate with Good data quality. Integrated testing results, both in terms of protocol and HMI, have also successfully integrated the devices from the Omron PLC to Factory I/O to Siemens PLC.

Abstract

The Polytechnic ATI Makassar emphasizes the importance of producing D3 graduates who meet industry needs through the Professional Certification Institute (LSP), which has developed 42 certification schemes for various study programs, including Mechanical System Automation. One prominent scheme is the Pneumatic Control System Operation Cluster, which refers to Indonesia's national competency standards in the processing industry. The ultimate goal is to prepare graduates to design Industrial Automation Systems, in line with the Making Indonesia 4.0 initiative. This research aims to develop a competency test tool based on IIoT, upgrading technology from conventional pneumatics to an electro-pneumatic system using PLC and a web-based HMI user interface using Node-Red. The research adopts a Research and Development (RnD) methodology with the DEDTE (Define, Explore, Design, Test, Evaluate) approach. The case studied is a Material Handling System using two cylinders with a sequence of A+ B+ A- B-, involving 16 I/O tags for the PLC. The initial state diagram design resulted in four states, which were then converted into five networks in the form of ladder diagrams. Kepware OPC Server was used to connect PLC tags to Node-Red, with communication test results showing Good Quality. The system development results demonstrate that the IIoT-based Pneumatic Control System can be controlled and monitored via a smartphone by accessing the Node-Red-based Web HMI

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem bel kuis sederhana dengan menggunakan PLC OMRON CP1L-L20DR-A dan SCADA CX-Supervisor. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan dasar-dasar Ladder Logic seperti gate logic, latching, interlock, dan MCR dalam desain sistem kontrol otomatis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deduktif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimental, yang melibatkan beberapa tahap, mulai dari studi literatur, analisis kebutuhan sistem, hingga pengujian sistem secara parsial dan terintegrasi. Pengujian dilakukan untuk memastikan kinerja yang optimal pada tiga komponen utama sistem: perangkat keras, ladder diagram, dan HMI SCADA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berfungsi sesuai dengan desain yang telah ditentukan, dengan pengendalian input-output yang tepat dan interaksi pengguna yang efektif melalui HMI. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang pemrograman PLC dan SCADA serta berpotensi membuka jalan untuk pengembangan aplikasi otomatisasi yang lebih kompleks di masa depan

Abstract

 The increasing demand for sustainable energy has encouraged the use of solar power systems (PLTS) in households; however, the lack of adequate monitoring systems hinders direct assessment of performance. This study designs a real-time monitoring system based on electrical parameters to evaluate the performance of solar panels using the Research and Development (R&D) method, including system design, device assembly, and testing. The ESP32 microcontroller is used as the main control unit, with the PZEM-017 sensor for measuring DC power and the PZEM-004T sensor for AC power. Data is displayed through a web application developed with PHP and MySQL. The results show that the system can accurately display voltage, current, power, and energy, with an average error rate of 2.3% for the DC sensor and 0.3% for the AC sensor, and overall accuracy above 95%. Data transmission runs smoothly. The system is proven effective for energy monitoring in smart homes and has the potential to be enhanced with features such as automatic notifications and AI-based data analysis.

Abstract

PT. Bahana Security Sistem is a company engaged in the provision and management of parking systems. Currently, the company relies on proprietary parking control systems provided by third-party suppliers, which cannot be modified or tailored to meet specific operational requirements. This study presents the design and development of a barrier gate control system based on the ESP32 microcontroller for PT. Bahana Security Sistem. The system is designed to control the barrier gate using two access control methods: Push Button and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). An experimental approach was adopted, consisting of system design, hardware implementation, testing, and performance evaluation. The results indicate that the proposed system performs effectively, achieving a 100% success rate in operating the barrier gate using both access methods. Based on the test results, the developed system meets the operational needs of PT. Bahana Security Sistem.
