Abstract

Writing is a skill needed in everyday life that is useful for expressing something in written form. Dysgraphia is a disorder experienced by an individual who has difficulty expressing things in written language. Yauma Home is one of the orphanages where some of the foster children experience writing difficulties (dysgraphia). In its solution, the PKM-PM team used Abjadpedia media to deal with the problem of writing difficulties that existed at the orphanage. Abjadpedia media can train motor skills in children with dysgraphia. The Abjadpedia team divides activities into preparation stages, activity implementation, evaluation and program sustainability. The number of children who were exposed to the application of Abjadpedia media in order to solve writing problems at Panti Yauma 19 Surabaya was 10 children. At the end of the meeting, there were visible changes in the children's writing skills which had begun to improve.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena pentingnya flourishing pada guru SMK dengan tugas yang kompleks. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kebermaknaan kerja dan flourishing pada guru. Subjek penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh menggunakan 40 orang guru di SMK X sebagai subjek penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Kedua variabel diukur menggunakan skala flourishing dan kebermaknaan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kedua variabel memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi 0.714 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.001 (p < 0.05). Hal ini menyatakan bahwa  terdapat hubungan positif dalam kategori kuat antara variabel kebermaknaan kerja dan flourishing pada guru SMK X. Abstract This research is motivated by the importance of flourishing among vocational school teachers with complex tasks. This study investigates the relationship between meaningful work and teacher flourishing. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with research subjects totaling 40 teachers. Both variables are measured using flourishing and meaningful work scales. The results of this study show that both variables have a correlation coefficient of 0.714 with a significance value of 0.001 (p < 0.05). This indicates a strong positive relationship between meaningful work and vocational school teachers flourishing.
