Abstract

LKPD merupakan perangkat pembelajaran yang berupa lembaran berisi panduan untuk menuntun peserta didik dalam melakukan kegiatan belajar seperti melakukan pengamatan, penyelidikan, pengukuran, pengolahan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Namun, LKPD yang digunakan oleh peserta didik kurang sesuai dengan LKPD yang seharusnya dan hanya berisi sekumpulan pertanyaan. Materi virus menjadi materi yang dianggap rumit oleh peserta didik karena objek yang tidak dapat diamati secara langsung. Hal ini menyebabkan kurangnya pemahaman konsep dan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Sehingga LKPD bermuatan AR dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif perangkat pembelajaran yang yang meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui karakteristik produk pengembangan LKPD bermuatan augmented reality pada materi virus, 2) mengetahui kelayakan produk pengembangan LKPD bermuatan augmented reality pada materi virus, dan 3) mengetahui kepraktisan produk pengembangan LKPD bermuatan augmented reality pada materi virus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Namun, penelitian ini mempunyai beberapa keterbatasa nsehingga hanya sampai pada tahap development. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa produk LKPD bermuatan AR yang dikembangkan layak dan praktis digunakan berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi, ahli media dan praktisi.

Abstract

The title of this research is the effect of perceived value and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty (case study on Solaria Bencoolen Mall customers). This research is based on the importance of customer loyalty for business companies. Some of the factors that influence customer loyalty are perceived value and customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived value and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of customers Solaria Bencoolen Mall restaurant.This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The research population is all Solaria Bencoolen Mall restaurant customers. The sample size was 88 people, taken using accidental sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Partial test results show that perceived value has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty variables (tcount = 3.516 and Sig = 0.001) and customer satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty variables (tcount = 5.328 and Sig = 0.000). The simultaneous test results show that the perceived value variable and the customer satisfaction variable together have a significant effect on customer loyalty (Fhitung = 72,988 and Sig = 0.000). The regression equation of the test results is: Y = 4.664 + 0.298 X1 + 0.510 X2, with a Coefficient of Determination value of 63.2% (R Square = 0.632). Where the Coefficient of Determination means that together perceived value and customer satisfaction contribute 63.2% in influencing customer loyalty of Solaria Bencoolen Mall restaurant customers.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Teenagers have a high enough curiosity because it makes teenagers try everything they have never experienced. During this period, adolescents experience changes both physically, psychologically, and socially. The age of smokers is getting younger because smokers believe that cigarettes have a calming function when they are anxious and stressed. The research objective was to analyze the relationship between stress levels and the social environment with smoking behavior in adolescents.The research design used a cross sectional method. Total population is 235 people and probability sampling technique with stratified random sampling approach. The variables of this study are the level of stress and the social environment with smoking behavior using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed with Spearman's rho test and chi square test.Spearman Rho statistical test results obtained a significance value of 0.003. The significance value is less than 0.005. This means that stress levels are related to smoking behavior in adolescents at SMPN 44 Surabaya. The Chi-Square statistical test results obtained a significance value of 0.000. The significance value is less than 0.005. This means that the social environment is related to smoking behavior in adolescents at SMPN 44 Surabaya.For adolescent smokers, it is hoped that they will change their smoking habits with more positive activities. For teenagers who do not smoke, it is hoped that they will stay away from cigarettes and invite people around them to reduce and even avoid smoking. Keywords: Smoking behavior, social environment, stress level and adolescents.
