Abstract

Background: In 2018, Indonesia was in third place as the country with the highest incidence of tuberculosis (TB) in the world. In addition to pulmonary TB, extrapulmonary TB cases are also quite large. Lymphadenitis of the aortic TB can cause a fatal risk if not treated immediately. This study aimed to explore the para-aortic and meningitis tuberculosis case in Klaten Hospital, Central Java.Case presentation: There was a 24-year-old woman with complaints of missing chest pain for 2 months, fear of seeing light (photophobia), and decreased consciousness. The patient was a referral from Klaten Hospital with a diagnosis of a mediastinal tumor. The chest radiograph shows a picture of homogeneous opacity in the anterior mediastinum. Bronchoscopy results show compression stenosis in 1/3 distal and blunt carina. After a sternotomy, it was obtained pus (pus) and tissue granuloma in the area of the aorta. After the rapid molecular test was carried out, the results showed that M tuberculosis detected. The results of histopathology of anatomical pathology show epitheloid tubercle and Datia Langhans cells that suggest an infection with M. tuberculosis. Therapy was done by giving a standard anti-tuberculosis drug, namely Rifampicin 450 mg, INH 300 mg, Ethambutol 1000 mg, and Pyrazinamide 1000 mg. The patient's condition improved marked by weight gain in 2 months.Conclusion: In the case of pulmonary masses (mediastinal tumors), we need to be aware of the possibility of cases of TB lymphadenitis because Indonesia is a country with a high prevalence of TB. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on repurchase interest at Lisa Jaya Bengkulu, either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including Price and Quality of Service. The object of this research is 60 customers who shop at Lisa Jaya Bengkulu shop.In this study the authors used descriptive research methods with quantitative data analysis. The data collection in this study is by means of observation, distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this research, including instrument test, classical assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis testing.Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation is Y = 2.696 + 0.316 (X1) + 0.480 (X2). The results of the t hypothesis test show that the variable price (X1), shows t count of 2.266 > t table 2.00247 with a significant level of 0.027 < of 0.050. Service Quality Variable (X2), shows t count of 4.525 > t table 2.00247 with a significant level of 0.000 < of 0.050. While the results of the F hypothesis test show that the significance value of F is 0.000 < 0.050 and Fcount> Ftable, 24.033 > 3.166. So it can be concluded that price and service quality have a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest at Lisa Jaya Bengkulu shop. Keywords: Price, Quality Of Service And Interest In Repurchasing

Abstract

The tourism sector is one of the people's economic potentials that needs to be developed in order to improve community welfare and regional development. Panjang Beach is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Bengkulu. One of the factors is that the Panjang Beach tourist attraction is able to open up employment opportunities for the local community by becoming auxiliary workers and opening micro, small and medium businesses run by the community around the area. So there is management and many regional development programs on the grounds that the Panjang Beach tourist attraction is able to produce economic benefits for the community. This research aims to analyze the role of the Bengkulu Panjang Beach tourist attraction in increasing people's income according to an Islamic economic perspective. The types of research used in this thesis are field research and library research . The methods used to collect data in this research are observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of the research can be concluded that the role of the Bengkulu Panjang Beach tourist attraction is able to make a very big contribution as a place that is able to absorb labor as well as providing employment opportunities for the surrounding community in particular and based on data obtained both practically through observation and theory, it can be concluded it is said that the business activities that occur in the Panjang Beach tourist area of Bengkulu and those carried out by the community around the Panjang Beach tourist attraction are in accordance with the Ijarah principles. Abstract

This type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is employees at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Bengkulu City. The Sampling method uses a non probability technique, namely accidental Sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 40 people. Data collection method using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely t test and f test. The results of this study can be concluded that career development (X1) has a positive effect on employe performance (Y), Motivation (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance(Y), Emotional intelligence (X3) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y), Then career development (X1), Motivation (X2), Emotional intelligence (X3) together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). Abstract

This research aims to determine Instagram content marketing and discounts on impulse buying (at the RJ Gallery store, Bengkulu City). This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The object of this research is consumers of the RJ Gallery shop who use Instagram as a reference to see the products on offer. The sampling method is a purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study was 100 respondents using the Slovin formula with 10% confidence. The data collection method uses a Google Form questionnaire with a population of ± 158,000 Instagram followers at the RJ Gallery Shop in Bengkulu City. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and f test.                The results of this research can be concluded that partially or t test the Instagram content marketing variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect while the price discount variable (X2) partially has no effect. Simultaneously or f test the Instagram content marketing variables (X1) and price discounts (X2) on impulse buying (Y) have a positive and significant effect. The more content marketing there is on Instagram and the more discounts given according to consumer desires, the more impulse buying will increase. Abstract

The problem with purchasing decisions is that consumers do not always go through all stages of a purchasing decision or carry them out. This entire process is usually carried out in certain situations, for example for the first purchase and/or purchasing goods whose price or value is relatively high. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of brand characteristics and price on purchasing decisions at Matahari Department Store, Bengkulu City. This research is a type of quantitative research, namely systematic scientific research on parts and phenomena and the causality of their relationships. The population in this study were all consumer buyers at Matahari Department Store, Bengkulu City with a sample of 55 people. The data collection techniques are documentation, observation and questionnaires. In this research, researchers will research descriptively and also inferentially using SPSS The results of the research are that Brand characteristic (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) at Matahari Department Store. Price (X2) influences purchasing decisions (Y) at Matahari Department Store. Brand characteristics (X1) and price (X2) influence purchasing decisions (Y) at Matahari Department Store. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Punctuality and Shipment Tracking on Service Satisfaction in JNE Nusa Indah Bengkulu City Customers. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive research method. The population used in this study is customers from JNE Bengkulu City. The number of respondents in this study is 100 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and uses analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis tests, namely t-test and f-test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the form of the regression equation Y = 4.096 + 0.255 (X1) + 0.451 (X2) and the results of the t test and f test of this study can be concluded that Timeliness has a significant effect on service satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing > values (4.144 > 1.984) and (sig α = 0.00 < 0.050). This means being rejected and accepted. Shipment tracking has a significant effect on service satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of the t-test showing > values (8.935 > 1.984) and (sig α = 0.00 < 0.050). This means being rejected and accepted. Punctuality () and Shipment tracking () together have a significant effect on service satisfaction (Y) in JNE Nusa Indah Kota Bengkulu customers, this is evidenced by the F test showing a value of >, namely (177,291 > 2.70) and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.050),. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on consumer satisfaction at the Pagar Dewa fishing shop. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The population used in this study were customers of the Pagar Dewa fishing shop. The number of respondents in this study were 75 people. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and using analytical techniques using multiple linear regression analysis test and hypothesis testing, namely t test and f test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression obtained the form of the regression equation Y = 2.321 + 0.379 (X₁) + 0.251 (X₂) and the results of the t test and f test of this study can be concluded that price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit >t_table (3,318 > 2.002) and (sig = 0.03 < 0.050). This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit> t_table (3.232> 2.002) and (sig = 0.02 < 0.050). This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. price (X₁) and produk quality (X₂) together have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) at Pagar Dewa Fishing Shop, this is evidenced by the F test showing the value of F_count>F_table, namely (50.277 > 3.16) and (sig. = 0.00 < 0.050). This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled Analysis of the influence of Service Quality and Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction of Cv central electro bengkulu consumers. The purpose of this research is to develop and prove the knowledge of the theoretical sciences learned in college and applied to the world of work. The object of this research is Consumers from CV Central Elektro Bengkulu, this research method is descriptive analysis which is applied to quantitative methods, while the sampling technique of this study uses purposive sampling. The number of respondents used in this study were 85 respondents from electrical central CV consumers and using SPSS. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of this study can be concluded that the variables of service quality and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and product quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of the work environment (WE), workplace communication (WC), and management policies (MP) on employee productivity (EP), with employee motivation (EM) acting as a moderating variable. The research was conducted at PT. Agro Lestari, utilizing a quantitative approach and total sampling of 30 employees. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) to assess both direct and indirect relationships between the variables. The results show that WE, WC, and MP have significant direct effects on EP, while EM enhances these effects through mediation. The work environment and effective communication were found to significantly increase employee motivation, which in turn improves productivity. Additionally, fair and transparent management policies play a crucial role in motivating employees, further driving their performance. The findings highlight the importance of fostering a supportive work environment, clear communication channels, and sound management policies to enhance employee productivity, particularly in sectors like agriculture.
