<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Pada penelitian menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, untuk melihat/mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara variabel independent/bebas dengan variabel dependen/terikat setelah melakukan uji hipotesis. Penelitian memakai adalah semua kepala sekolah dan guru, berjumlah 95 orang yang dijadikan sebagai populasi sekaligus sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai koefisien regresi variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Di mana hasil ini mendukung hipotesis yang diajukan dimana terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Ini dapat dilihat dari hasil yang diperoleh regresi linier sederhana (Uji-t) yaitu (3.811 > 1.9863 atau thitung ttabel ), dan juga disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini sejalan dengan hipotesis yang telah diajukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara displin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil yang diperoleh dari hasil regresi linier sederhana (Uji-t) yaitu diperoleh (2.842 > 1.9863 atau thitung ttabel ). Kemudian hasil regresi linier berganda (Uji-F) yaitu menunjukkan nilai Fhitung sebesar 16.439 lebih besar dari Ftabel 3.10 menyatakan kinerja guru dipengaruhi simultan variabel independen (kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja), dengan tingkat signifikansi senilai 0.000 <0.05. Berpengaruhnya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja berkontribusi kepada kinerja guru bernilai 0,247 atau 24,7%. The study used all school principals and teachers, totaling 95 people who were used as the population as well as the research sample. This study produces a regression coefficient value of the principal's leadership variable that has a significant effect on teacher performance. Where these results support the hypothesis put forward where there is a significant influence between the principal's leadership on teacher performance.
