Abstract

Clinics are one of the health facilities that are important for people's lives, for this reason the provision of health facilities is a priority scale where the construction of the Ayani Eye & ENT Specialist Clinic building in Pontianak City, West Kalimantan is one of them. Project scheduling is one of the elements of planning results, which can provide information about the planned schedule, project progress, & project delays, these things can affect the quality & quantity of work if correct implementation is not anticipated, both in terms of implementation methods, coordination between the owner and the contractor. . In this research, Time Scheduling analysis was carried out using PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique) & CPM (Critical Path Method) on the Ayani eye & ENT specialist clinic building project to determine the critical path and determine the probability that project work can be completed on time. Based on the analysis carried out, the critical path obtained is with the following details, A-B-C-D-E-H-Y-P-AG-AK-AN-AM-AO with a duration of 189 which is obtained from the results of calculations using the CPM method and probability using PERT calculations, namely that it can be completed in 189 with a percentage of 62% of the completion targets that have been made

Abstract

Indonesia is an earthquake-prone area, many earthquakes that occur in Indonesia cause damage to building structures in Indonesia. The planning rules for building a building are that the building must be able to withstand existing earthquake loads. Because basically the principle of earthquake-resistant buildings is that damage to the building may occur, but not to structural elements This research takes a case study of a 19-storey apartment building. This building has a height of 62.7 meters with a total of 19 floors. According to SNI 1726: 2019 regulations, the function of this building is shown as a residential facility with risk category II. The results of the analysis are in the form of building structure performance, comparison between Jayapura and Jakarta soil data, level deviation and column and brace stress control

Abstract

Project implementation requires accurate planning, scheduling, and management, covering various aspects such as resources, availability of materials, equipment, natural conditions, weather, and other factors that affect project development. Project planning reflects the relationship between activities and the overall project sequence, and helps in prioritizing the relationship between activities. Various methods are available to analyze project schedules. This research uses the Critical Path Method and Progam Evaluation and Review Technique, which is slightly different from the approach used in the construction of the Mosque at PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung. In this study, Microsoft Project software was used for the calculation of CPM and PERT methods. Based on the analysis results, 6 work items were found to be on the critical path, namely: preparatory work, lower structure, upper structure, architecture, hardscape and softscape. The project completion time is estimated to be 105 days with the CPM method and 101 days with the PERT method, with a project completion opportunity of 37.37%.

Abstract

Project implementation requires careful planning, scheduling, and management, covering aspects such as resources, materials, equipment, natural conditions, weather, and other factors that affect project progress. This planning describes the interrelationships between activities throughout the entire project sequence and helps establish priorities. In this study, the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) were used, which differ from the approach used in the construction of the Gorontalo State University laboratory. Calculations were performed using Microsoft Project software. The analysis results indicate that six work items are on the critical path: preparation work, lower structure, upper structure, architecture, hardscape, and softscape. The estimated project completion duration is 105 days using CPM and 101 days using PERT, with a success probability of 37.37%.

Abstract

The high-rise building construction industry in Indonesia faces technical and non-technical risks such as work safety, delays, cost overruns, and contract conflicts. This research examines risk management strategies in high-rise building projects with reference to ISO 31000 in the BTN Bank Building project in the Kelapa Gading area of North Jakarta, through literature studies and analysis of actual project cases in Indonesia. The results show that the initial stages of risk management have been implemented, but full implementation is still not optimal. The main risks include delays in material supply, work accidents, and limited human resources risk experts. Mitigation strategies implemented include avoidance, risk transfer, and impact reduction. The main barriers are reactive organizational culture, lack of documentation, and limited management support. This research recommends the integration of risk management in the project management system and the improvement of HR competencies to increase project success and construction industry efficiency.
