Abstract

Abstract: The importance of entrepreneurship education in early childhood is realized by the fact that early childhood is a period of growth and development that requires stimulation of everyday learning concepts. Introducing entrepreneurship to early childhood can influence children's views on entrepreneurship to develop positive attitudes towards entrepreneurship. This study aims to find out why schools implement entrepreneurship programs from an early age, and find out the practical forms of implementing programs in order to develop entrepreneurship programs, as well as find out the similarities and differences in the implementation of entrepreneurship programs in Kindergarten Adni Islamic English School Surabaya and Kindergarten Islam Bakti 4 YPBWI Gresik. The method used in this study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Source of data in this study using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using direct observation, interviews (formal and informal) and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that these two early childhood education institutions have carried out entrepreneurship education well. At the Adni Islamic English School Surabaya Kindergarten, the Entrepreneurship Program is Cooking Class, Shopping at the Market, Market Day, Field Trip, Sharing Activities, Infaq Activities, and Family Day, while the YPBWI Gresik Islamic Bakti 4 Kindergarten carries out a Life Skills Center, Visits to Markets, and Summits. Topic Celebration. Factors that encourage the implementation of entrepreneurship education are student enthusiasm, teacher creativity in preparing programs, and support from related parties. While the obstacles are related to facilities that are not always ready to support learning and external factors outside of entrepreneurial activities.Keywords: Entrepreneurship education; Early childhood; Entrepreneurial activityAbstrak:  Pentingnya pendidikan kewirausahahaan pada anak usia dini disadari dengan kenyataan bahwa usia dini merupakan masa tumbuh kembang yang memerlukan stimulasi konsep-konsep pembelajaran sehari-hari. Memperkenalkan kewirausahaan bagi anak usia dini dapat memengaruhi pandangan anak-anak tentang kewirausahaan mengembangkan sikap positif terhadap kewirausahaan. penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui mengapa sekolah menerapkan program kewirausahaan sejak usia dini, dan mengetahui bentuk praktik program penerapan yang dilakukan agar dapat mengembangkan program kewirausahaan, serta mengetahui persamaan dan perbedaan penerapan program kewirausahaan di TK Adni Islamic English School Surabaya dan TK Islam Bakti 4 YPBWI Gresik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi langsung, wawancara (formal dan informal) dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data ,dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan menunjukkan bahwa kedua lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini ini telah menjalankan pendidikan kewirausahaan dengan baik. Di TK  Adni Islamic English School Surabaya melaksanakan program kewirausahaan Cooking Class, Belanja di Pasar, Market Day, Field Trip, Kegiatan Berbagi, Kegiatan infaq,  dan Family Day sedangkan TK Islam Bakti 4 YPBWI Gresik melaksanakan Sentra Keterampilan Hidup, Berkunjung ke Pasar, dan Puncak Perayaan Topik. Faktor yang mendorong pelaksanaan pendidikan kewirausahaan adalah antusiasme siswa, kreativitas guru dalam menyusun program, dan dukungan dari pihak terkait. Sedangkan penghambatnya berkaitan dengan sarana yang tidak selalu siap untuk menunjang pembelajaran dan faktor eksternal di luar kegiatan kewirausahaan.Kata kunci: Pendidikan kewirausahaan; Anak usia dini; Kegiatan kewirausahaan

Abstract

Abstract: This research examines the successful implementation of meritocracy-based educational policies and the professional development of teachers in Singapore. The method used in this research is qualitative based on literature research by collecting information or data from trusted sources, such as journal articles and books. After that, it is analyzed in content, processed briefly and systematically. The research results show that the implementation of meritocracy-based education policies in Singapore has been successful in increasing the quality of learning in the country. This policy ensures that outstanding students are given appropriate recognition and incentives, thereby encouraging them to continue learning, being competitive, and performing high. Not only that, this policy also helps increase accountability and transparency in the learning system. The development of qualified teachers is also a major focus in Singapore's learning policy. Teachers in Singapore are given the opportunity to develop themselves reliably. Teachers are given the opportunity to take 100 hours per year for their professional development (Professional Development / PD). Thus producing a more efficient learning area. Overall, this research shows that meritocracy-based educational policies and teacher professional development in Singapore have been successful in increasing the quality of learning and producing better learning areas. This is what makes Singapore in its education zone very advanced and becomes a reference for other countries to study there, let alone try to imitate its policy system.Keywords: Singapore, Education Policy, Meritocracy, Teacher Development Abstrak: Riset ini mengulas tentang keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan pendidikan berbasis meritokrasi dan pengembangan profesional guru di Singapore. Metode yang digunakan dalam riset ini merupakan kulitatif yang berbasis riset pustaka dengan mengumpulkan informasi ataupun data dari sumber- sumber yang terpercaya, semacam artikel jurnal, serta buku- buku. Setelah itu di analisis secara isi, diolah secara ringkas serta sistematis. Hasil riset menampilkan kalau implementasi kebijakan pendidikan berbasis meritokrasi di Singapore sudah sukses tingkatkan mutu pembelajaran di negeri tersebut. Kebijakan ini membenarkan kalau siswa-siswi yang berprestasi diberikan pengakuan serta insentif yang pantas, sehingga mendesak mereka buat terus belajar, berkompetitif, serta berkinerja besar. Tidak hanya itu, kebijakan ini pula menopang tingkatkan akuntabilitas serta transparansi dalam sistem pembelajaran. Pengembangan handal guru pula jadi fokus utama dalam kebijakan pembelajaran Singapore. Guru di Singapore diberikan peluang buat meningkatkan dirinya secara handal. Guru di berikan peluang buat mengambil 100 jam per tahun buat pengembangan profesionalnya (Professional Development/ PD). Sehingga menghasilkan area belajar yang lebih efisien. Secara totalitas, riset ini menampilkan kalau kebijakan pendidikan berbasis meritokrasi dan pengembangan profesional guru di Singapore sudah sukses tingkatkan mutu pembelajaran serta menghasilkan area belajar yang lebih baik. Perihal tersebutlah menjadikan Singapore dalam zona pendidikannya sangat maju serta jadi referensi negara-negara lain buat belajar disitu apalagi mencoba meniru sistem kebijakannya.Kata kunci: Singapore, Kebijakan Pendidikan, Meritokrasi, Pengembangan Guru

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of internal audit in supporting the effectiveness of school financial governance, particularly in improving institutional performance and establishing transparent and accountable management quality. This research employs a qualitative method with a literature study approach, using the PRISMA model to select, analyze, and synthesize findings from relevant scientific sources. Results the findings indicate that the implementation of internal audit significantly contributes to the effectiveness of school financial governance through several key aspects: (1) auditing compliance with financial governance procedures; (2) assessing and evaluating the implementation of internal control; (3) testing the reliability of accounting data and financial reports for school needs; and (4) evaluating activities to prevent misappropriation and fraud. These efforts enhance the effectiveness of risk management, financial control, and stakeholder trust. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of internal audit with the PRISMA-based literature evaluation model in the context of school financial governance, which has not been extensively discussed in previous studies. Thus, this research provides a new perspective on a more systematic and comprehensive supervisory mechanism to strengthen financial governance in educational institutions.
