Abstract

Komunikasi adalah proses media transmisi pesan  dari satu komunikator ke komunikator lainnya. Komunikasi biasanya merupakan bagian dari kehidupan sehari-hari, dengan tujuan berkomunikasi secara efektif dari satu orang ke orang lain. Dalam dunia bisnis, komunikasi memegang peranan penting dalam mempromosikan produk dan jasa kepada calon pelanggan. Kajian tersebut diberi judul Penggambaran Humor dalam Video Pendek di Akun Instagram Habib Jafar (Perspektif Dakwah dan Komunikasi Islam). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkonstruksi makna humor dalam  video pendek pada akun Instagram Habib Ja’far. Video ini memadukan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif untuk menggambarkan pesan-pesan humor dalam khotbah Habib Jafar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan perpustakaan yang menggabungkan data primer dan sekunder sebagai sumber utama pengumpulan data. Kemudian kami akan menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan. Konten humor dalam short video instagram Habib Ja’far merupakan suatu konten yang mengandung  nilai dakwah serta efektif dalam penyampaian pesan dan memikat audiens, karena dikemas dengan makna-makna humor yang mendalam dikarenakan terdapat pesan-pesan tersirat yang berisi dakwah tentang toleransi dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

Cyberbullying can be caused by a variety of complex factors. Interpersonal conflicts, disagreements, or differences of opinion can trigger cyberbullying. Lack of awareness about the negative impacts of cyberbullying and lack of knowledge about digital ethics can also be contributing factors. This research is intended to determine descriptively the phenomenon of cyberbullying among students. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Participants in this research were students from the Purwokerto area with an age range of 18 - 23 years, using a questionnaire as an initial assessment and followed by in-depth interviews via the Internet or face-to-face. 60 participants took part in this research. Data collection used questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and searches for related literature. The results of this research show that of the 60 respondents there were 34% were victims of cyberbullying behavior and 66% of Purwokerto area students had seen this behavior while social networking on the internet. Forms of bullying or cyberbullying experienced by students in the Purwokerto area include verbal in the form of bad comments such as body shaming, ridicule aimed at themselves or their parents, insults, social harassment, or harassment via the internet. Cyberbullying dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor yang kompleks. Konflik interpersonal, ketidaksepahaman, atau perbedaan pendapat dapat memicu terjadinya cyberbullying. Kurangnya kesadaran tentang dampak buruk cyberbullying dan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang etika digital juga dapat menjadi faktor penyebabnya. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui secara deskriptif mengenai fenomena cyberbullying di kalangan mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Partisipan penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa daerah Purwokerto dengan rentang usia 18 - 23 tahun, menggunakan kuesioner sebagai penjajakan awal dan dilanjutkan wawancara mendalam melalui internet ataupun face to face. Terdapat 60 partisipan yang turut serta dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara mendalam, dan pencarian literatur yang terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 60 responden ada 34% korban perilaku cyberbullying dan 66% mahasiswa daerah Purwokerto pernah melihat perilaku tersebut saat berjejaring sosial di internet. Bentuk perundungan atau cyberbullying yang dialami mahasiswa daerah Purwokerto diantaranya secara verbal berupa komentar buruk seperti body shamming, ejekan yang ditujukan untuk dirinya atau orang tua, hinaan, social harassment atau pelecehan melalui internet.

Abstract

This research discusses strategies for improving the quality of Smart Tour Travel Purwokerto services in an effort to increase customer satisfaction. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data was collected through interviews, direct observation, and analysis of internal company documents. The research results show that the main factors in increasing customer satisfaction include service speed, staff privacy, travel comfort, and transportation safety. The strategies implemented include employee training to increase professionalism, development of an application-based ordering system, and rejuvenation of the vehicle fleet. Survey results showed a significant increase in customer satisfaction after this strategy was implemented. Improving service quality not only has an impact on customer loyalty, but also strengthens the company's competitiveness in the travel industry. Therefore, innovation and continuous improvement are key in maintaining customer satisfaction and business desires.

Abstract

Banyumas Regency has high tourism potential, both in terms of nature, culinary, and culture. This study aims to assess the accuracy of geographic positioning (longitude and latitude) in a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) to ensure the accurate and reliable presentation of tourist destination location data. Accurate spatial data is essential for planning, navigation, promotion, and improving visitor experiences through enhanced digital mapping and integrated tourism development strategies. The method used is prototyping, which allows the initial system development to be tested and refined based on the results of accuracy measurements. The system was developed using the Google Maps API and the PHP programming language and integrated with a GPS device to obtain real-time coordinates. Testing was conducted by comparing the field coordinates with digital map data to identify positional deviations. Analysis was carried out spatially using the Positional Accuracy Tolerance approach to improve the accuracy of the maps visualized in the Tourism Geographic Information System. The results of the study indicate the need for recalibration at several location points to improve the system's precision. This GIS is expected to provide valid location information for tourists in planning their tourism trips.
