Abstract

Continuous professional development is a program carried out to improve teacher competencein carrying out their duties. The fact shows that implementing continuous professionaldevelopment has not significantly improved teacher professionalism. This program has notbeen running consistently, due to a lack of internal motivation from teachers who tend not toplay an active role in the culture of independent learning, because they still position themselveswaiting for professional development activities from external parties to improve theircompetence. This study aims to develop a model of continuous professional developmentthrough school institutions based on internal coaching. Internal coaching is the basic capital forteachers to become lifelong learners and self-directed for increasing competency. The researchwas conducted through a development method using the Smith and Ragan model implementedin an integrated Islamic elementary school that has implemented continuous professionaldevelopment programs for almost two years, since 2019. The constructed hypothetical model isa continuous professional development model based on internal coaching through thestimulation of reflective, participatory, innovative, and collaborative abilities integrated into theschool system to form a culture of independent learning for teachers. The implication ofresearch for further development of teacher empowerment at the school level.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh Citra merek, Kualitas Produk, dan Layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian Pada Celcius Kota Palopo. Adapun Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode sampling incidental. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ada tiga yaitu melalui wawancara, observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelanggan Celcius Kota Palopo. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa 1)Citra merek, kualitas produk dan layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Celcius Kota Palopo. 2)Citra merek tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Celcius Kota Palopo. 3)Kualitas Layanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Celcius Kota Palopo. 4)Layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Celcius Kota Palopo.

Abstract

This study aims to help students better understand the historical material about the entry of Islam into Indonesia by using the interactive quiz method in class X-4 SMAN 2 Karawang. The background is the low understanding and participation of students in history lessons, which so far still use conventional methods such as lectures. The study was conducted in two cycles through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation, comprehension tests, and student response questionnaires. The results showed a significant increase in student understanding, both from the test results and their activeness in class. Students also looked more enthusiastic, motivated, and able to understand the material better. In conclusion, the interactive quiz method has proven effective in improving student understanding and engagement, and can be an attractive option for teachers to create a more lively and enjoyable learning atmosphere.

Abstract

Effective Arabic language learning requires good planning, including mastery of methods. The reality in the field, Arabic language learning still uses traditional methods, not varied, still monotonous. The power of two method in muhadatsah learning at the Faculty of Letters UMI is designed to foster a dynamic, more active relationship, educational interaction between lecturers and students, students and students with maharatul kalam to reveal various nuances of meaning in various oral texts 'al hiwaar' This study aims to determine the application and effectiveness of the use of the power of two learning method, describe the solution to the obstacles in its application in Arabic language learning at the Faculty of Letters UMI. Data collection methods with interviews, observation and documentation. Data processing methods with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Arabic language learning, the use of the power of two method gave benefits to learning strategies, communication skills and confidence in expressing their opinions. There is no best learning method, as stated by the lecturer, but learning together, practicing the ability to speak intensely and done together, is very effective with the power of two method, and solutions to the obstacles to the application of the power of two learning method in Arabic language learning at the Faculty of Letters UMI, namely: lecturers must be prepared with the material to be taught, analyzing student characteristics, time allocation, and monitoring the implementation of learning.
