Abstract

Creative economy is a new economic concept based on new things that can produce a new and creative idea in a process of creating a product or service. This is also driven by the advancement of information and communication technology which is developing very quickly. This study aims to analyze the role of the creative economy in advancing the home-based honey business in the Pangandaran Honey Village. The research method used is descriptive method, through literature study. The results of the study indicate that technological developments are used to develop businesses, both in the production process, promotion, and sales which have succeeded in making this business progress and develop rapidly. This case can happen because of a change from a conventional process to a modern one. Along with the development of this business, it is hoped that it can help the economic conditions of entrepreneurs and the surrounding community become better and can open up new job opportunities. By utilizing technology and the role of the creative economy, it is hoped that it will have a positive impact on the progress of this home-based honey business so that it can be more widely known both nationally and internationally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi peran KSPPS BMT Bina Insan Sejahtera dalam pengembangan UMKM di Kota Baru, Jambi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pengurus, nasabah, serta pelaku UMKM penerima dukungan pembiayaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran BMT mencakup pendampingan ide bisnis, konsultasi, dan pemahaman prinsip keuangan syariah pada tahap konseptual; pemberian modal awal, bimbingan teknis, serta strategi pemasaran pada tahap start-up; peningkatan efisiensi operasional, pencatatan keuangan, dan pengendalian biaya pada tahap stabilisasi; hingga dukungan ekspansi usaha, inovasi produk, evaluasi berkala, dan pembinaan berkelanjutan pada tahap pertumbuhan dan kedewasaan usaha. Faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan modal, SDM, risiko pembiayaan, rendahnya literasi keuangan, kredit macet, lemahnya legalitas, serta minimnya inovasi produk. Sementara itu, faktor pendukung mencakup pemahaman mendalam terhadap karakteristik UMKM lokal, pendekatan personal kepada anggota, skema pembiayaan fleksibel, pelayanan cepat, pendampingan pasca pembiayaan, serta komitmen kuat terhadap prinsip syariah.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems experienced by Siliwangi University students, especially overseas students from Jabodetabek, namely the low saving behavior of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which financial literacy and social influence affect the saving behavior of Siliwangi University students from Jabodetabek both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a survey type quantitative research method. The population in this study were Siliwangi University students from the Jabodetabek area. The sampling technique used is probability sampling using simple random sampling with a sample size of 182 students. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Financial literacy has a significant effect on saving behavior 2) Social influence has a significant effect on saving behavior 3) Financial literacy and social influence have a significant effect on saving behavior.
