Abstract

This research is a research that aims to find out how the effect of office facilities on work motivation of Herlang Health Center employees, Bulukumba Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Herlang Health Center, totaling 86 employees. The technique for determining the sample used a saturated sample, namely all employees of the Herlang Health Center, totaling 86 employees, were sampled. There are 2 variables in this study, namely the independent variable of office facilities (X) and the dependent variable of work motivation (Y). Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, distributing questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews, and documentation. The analytical technique used is simple linear regression using SPSS 21 (statistical package for social sciences) as a tool. The results of research that has been carried out at the Herlang Health Center, Bulukumba Regency, the data obtained from research findings that there is a significant influence between office facilities on employee motivation at Herlang Health Center is 73.7%

Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi efek profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Profitabilitas diukur menggunakan ROA (Return On Asset), nilai perusahaan diukur menggunakan PBV (Price to Book Value) dan ukuran perusahaan. Riset ini berbasis kuantitatif dengan mengunakan data sekunder. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pada subsektor kesehatan yang terdaftar di BEI. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan Purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel memenuhi kriteria berjumlah 15 perusahaan yang melakukan publikasi laporan keuangan secara lengkap dari tahun 2020-2022 sehingga jumlah sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 45 unit analisis data. Analisis yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis yaitu Analisis Regresi Data Panel dengan bantuan software Eviews 13. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kemudian ukuran perusahaan mampu memoderasi antara profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the continued progress of information technology. The sophistication of information technology has brought various changes to human life. One of the changes caused by technology is in the field/activity of easier transactions. Technology shifts transaction activities that are usually carried out traditionally (via ATM centers) to activities or transaction processes that can be carried out in a sophisticated and practical way (without visiting an ATM center). Livin' by Mandiri is a mobile banking application from Bank Mandiri that helps customers manage their finances easily. Apart from that, Electronic Commerce or e-commerce is all buying and selling activities or transactions carried out using electronic media (the internet). This research aims to determine the factors that influence interest and behavior in using the Livin' by Mandiri application as measured by variables in the UTAUT 2 model. This quantitative research uses a survey method with a total of 149 respondents using the Livin' by Mandiri application. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data The analysis technique used is the SEM-PLS method, and the data is processed using SMART PLS 3.0 software. The research results show that the factors that have a significant influence on the behavior of using the Livin' by Mandiri application are behavioral influence, facilitating conditions, and social influence. Then the significant influence on behavioral interest in using the Livin' by Mandiri application is significantly influenced by Facilitating Conditions and Social Influence.
