His study aims: (1) To test and analyze the effect of accounts receivable turnover on profitability at PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. (2) To test and analyze the effect of fixed asset turnover on profitability at PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. (3) To test and analyze the effect of accounts receivable turnover and fixed assets turnover on profitability at PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. The population in this study is the entire financial report data of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk and its components registered in the Stiem Bongaya Investment Gallery, for eight years from 2010 to 2019. The sample of this research is monthly financial reports from 2010 - 2019. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression. He researches results obtained (1) Accounts receivable turnover has a positive and significant effect on profitability (return on assets). (2) Fixed Asset Turnover has a negative and significant effect on profitability (return on assets). (3) Accounts Receivable Turnover and Fixed Asset Turnover have a positive and significant effect on profitability (return on assets).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengkaji pengaruh dari harga dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. Penelitian ini mengambil data dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 96 orang pengunjung PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar yang melakukan transaksi pembelian. Data dalam penelitian yang berhasil dikumpulkan akan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi berganda dengan beberapa tahapan analisis seperti uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji liniearitas, uji normalitas. hipotesis yang diajukan dalam studi ini akan dibuktikan dengan melihat hasil uji koefisien determinasi, uji simultan (uji-f) dan uji parsial (uji-t). studi ini menunjukkan harga produk dan citra merek mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian mobil expander. Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian sepatu adalah harga produk, alasannya karena memiliki nilai koefisien regresi dan nilai t-hitung yang terbesar jika dibandingkan dengan variabel citra merek. Disarankan kepada perusahaan untuk memerhatikan variabel yang dapat memengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian mobil expander di luar dari pada faktor-faktor dalam penelitian ini. Disarankan pula agar perusahaan tetap menjaga hubungan dan kerjasama yang terbina dengan baik kepada setiap pelanggan. Mengingat bahwa faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian mobil expander adalah harga produk, maka disarankan agar perlunya memerhatikan harga pesaing, hal ini dimaksudkan agar pelanggannya semakin banyak serta memengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian Keywords: Harga, Citra, Merek, Keputusan Pembelian

Pentingnya issu ramah lingkungan terkait aktivitas industri manufaktur di Kota Makassar saat ini menjadi perhatian khusus. Green supply chain management mengintegrasikan antara manajemen rantai pasokan dengan dengan manajemen lingkungan, sehingga penting dilakukan agar dapat mengurangi dampak lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh green supply chain management terhadap daya saing, pengaruh green supply chain management terhadap kinerja perusahaan, pengaruh daya saing terhadap kinerja perusahaan, serta pengaruh green supply chain management terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan daya saing sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan statistika inferensial yaitu Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GeSCA). Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 75 responden manajer perusahaan manufaktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: green supply chain management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap daya saing perusahaan, green supply chain management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, daya saing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dan green supply chain management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan daya saing sebagai variabel intervening.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan metode Economic Value Added (EVA) Market Value Added (MVA). Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan tahunan PT. Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan metode Economic Value Added (EVA) yang terdiri dari analisis NOPAT, Invested Capital, WACC, Capital Charges. Dan metode Market Value Added (MVA) yang terdiri dari analisis Nilai Pasar Ekuitas dan Total Nilai Ekuitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) kinerja keuangan Economic Value Added (EVA) pada perusahaan PT. Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk periode 2016-2019 kurang dari nol (EVA0), Nilai Economic Value Added (EVA) lebih mendominasi dibawah nol yang berarti perusahaan belum mampu menciptakan nilai tambah ekonomis. (2) kinerja keuangan Market Value Added (MVA) pada perusahaan PT. Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk periode 2016-2020 menunjukkan nilai positif yang berarti perusahaan mampu memberikan kesejahteraan bagi para pemegang saham. This study was conducted to see how much influence the variables of Good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility have on firm value with financial performance as the intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative research, which uses SmartPLS to analyze data by taking annual financial reports from 2017- 2019 from pharmaceutical sector manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sample of this research is 11 companies. The results of the study show that the 4 indicators that have a significant positive effect on GCG are: Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioner and Audit Committee on Firm Value (Tobin's) and Financial Performance (ROA), while CSR has a significant positive effect on Financial Performance (ROA) but CSR has a positive and insignificant effect on Firm Value (Tobin's), Financial Performance (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value (Tobin's), and Financial Performance (ROA) can mediate GCG and CSR has a positive and significant effect. The results of this study can also be used for the company to determine the ability to manage the company in generating profits and achieving success in the company in the future, also as a source of information and reference for further researchers in conducting research on topics related to this research, either continuing or complementary.

We conducted this study to examine and explore the effect of developing human resources, competence, and motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and the Performance of State Civil Apparatus. This study uses a quantitative approach involving 320 respondents. Our research data was collected by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. The results of this study indicate that the development of human resources has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Competence has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Positive and significant motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. HR development has a positive and significant impact on the performance of ASN. Competence has a positive and insignificant effect on ASN performance. Positive motivation and not significant to the performance of ASN. Positive and significant motivation on the performance of ASN.

This study aims to determine whether production sharing financing and fianancing to deposit ratio affect profitability. Data collection used secondary data and sample in the study using purposive sampling technique. The population is all Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia, amounting to 14 Islamic commercial banks, while the sample taken is 5 Islamic commercial banks. The number of samples has been tested using the classical assumption test in the form of normality test, multicolonierity test, heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that the first hypothesis proposed was rejected because it showed the results of the hypothesis test of profit-sharing financing which did not have a significant effect on profitability (ROA), while the second hypothesis is rejected because the results of hypothesis testing indicate that the financing to deposit ratio has no significant effect on profitability (ROA).

The capital market is one of the alternative sources of long-term funding among various other alternatives for companies that need funds for the sustainability of the company. The capital market has an important role for the economy of a country because the capital market performs a function, namely as a means for business funding or as a means for companies to obtain funds from the investor community. For this reason, it is necessary to expand research that is supported by a basic theory, so the problem of factors capable of predicting changes in stock prices is proposed, where there are two variables that are thought to have an effect on changes in stock prices in this study. The two variables are asset structure and firm size. In addition, based on various previous research results, it was found that there were gaps or inconsistencies in the research results (gap research) conducted by researchers. On this basis, the title adopted from this research is "The Effect of Asset Structure and Company Size on Share Prices in Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange".

Abstrak This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Profitability, Leverage, and Liquidity on Stock Prices in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection uses secondary data by processing the financial statements of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector for the period 2018-2021 using purposive sampling technique with 10 companies so that 40 samples are obtained. The results of these financial statements have been tested for classical assumptions and multiple linear regression tests. The results show that the first hypothesis is accepted because Profitability has a positive and significant effect on Stock Prices, the second and third hypotheses are rejected because Leverage and Liquidity have no significant effect on Stock Prices, and the fourth hypothesis is accepted because Profitability, Leverage, and Liquidity have a significant effect simultaneously on Prices. share.
