Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of ERP implementation on PT Mayora Indah Tbk. A qualitative approach and internet search method were used in this research to collect as much data as possible related to the topic under study, including data from the internet and related journals. Data analysis was conducted to evaluate the effect of ERP on the performance of PT Mayora Indah Tbk, especially in improving production levels and product quality, as well as delivery accuracy supported by the ERP system implemented in the company. The research findings show that ERP implementation has a significant influence in improving the performance of PT Mayora Indah Tbk. Suggestions that can be given to the results of this study are that researchers can include a more detailed analysis of the effect of ERP systems on supply chain management. This research contributes to the academic study of ERP and provides important insights for business practitioners. The implications of this research can be used by other companies that want to improve performance through ERP implementation.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas upaya optimalisasi layanan dan operasional pada Best Laundry, sebuah usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang bergerak di sektor layanan laundry. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperbaiki pengalaman pelanggan, dan memperkuat daya saing melalui penerapan inovasi teknologi. Beberapa solusi yang diimplementasikan meliputi penerapan sistem pembayaran QRIS untuk memfasilitasi transaksi digital, penggunaan WhatsApp Business untuk komunikasi yang lebih efisien dengan pelanggan, dan pembaruan informasi lokasi di Google Maps. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Hasil dari implementasi ini menunjukkan peningkatan dalam efisiensi transaksi, komunikasi yang lebih lancar, serta kemudahan bagi pelanggan dalam menemukan lokasi Best Laundry. Selain itu, perubahan-perubahan ini juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan dan kinerja operasional perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Diharapkan, solusi yang diterapkan dapat terus berkembang dan beradaptasi dengan kebutuhan pasar, serta menjaga keberlanjutan dan daya saing Best Laundry di masa depan.

Abstract

TasGon is a product made from jute sack waste which is then processed into a useful product. In this project the burlap sack is processed into a bag called TasGon. This TasGon has many benefits, namely it can reduce the waste of burlap sacks that are wasted everywhere. In this study the authors used qualitative and descriptive research methods. This research is continued by analyzing project management, namely Project Integration, Project Scope Management, Project Time Management, Project Cost Management, Project Quality Management, Project Human Resource Management, Project Communication Management, Project Risk Management, Project Procurement Management, Project Stakeholder Management. The results of this study indicate that TasGoni has many benefits that can be felt by many people. Therefore the project undertaken must be in accordance with the quality of the product produced.
